And this is required to keep multi-cultural Switzerland together as a "will-nation" and the Swiss system forces them to overcome their internal differences in a constructive way to become at least a group with a chance to fulfill their jobs as a team. Of course, without any reference to superior values, that is a risky undertaking in view of the temptation to retreat into fragments. The temptation towards such an erosion was highlighted by the insensitive claims made by the AK-power player (a member of the Christian Democrat Party) in his presidential speech on the Swiss National Day (August 1st) 1997, that Switzerland does not want prophets of any kind and in this way his ministry attempts to degrade the preamble of the Swiss constitution: "In the Name of God the Almighty", in the name of present day political correctness.

Based on the set up of its leading mob, a human system can either transcend the underlying mobbing towards an enlightening PP-attitude of pp-life-fulfillment in order to open up higher levels, or it can collapse into attempting to reengineer life with the dark HH-materialistic attitude of ff-"anything goes". Examples of this come from Ex-Yugoslavia, Saddam Hussein etc. This is not to say that, say a personality type like AK (at SHnf) is necessarily bad, but it is a fact, that people like him have little chance to see the light if the mob follows their impulses on this lowest level of human discernment in terms of HSP and fnp. Such a mob clogs its view much more than say, than that of a personality like KV at PPnp. After all personal capabilities based on integrity are much more important than institutionalized mobs.
