L21: Participants in a business must act within the laws of the corresponding business constitution except where that would conflict with L11.

L41: A business constitution must define how the business takes responsibility for c3-M / C3-O = STRESS to keep it humane.
L42: A business must consider the life cycles of those concerned as well as its products and services to allow life-fulfillment and an appropriate return on investment, except where that would conflict with L41, e.g. when you deal with basic insights that are beyond the spirit of time, such as the word of God expressed say in the laws of nature, ecology and lifefulfillment.
L43: A business constitution must define a proper reward and punishment system that allows those in charge of enforcing the constitution to limit unconstitutional ambitions and promote genuine innovation and outstanding efforts beyond the pre-trans-trap, as long as such corrective measures do not conflict with L42 and that can leave you with no other means but prayer.
L44: To cope with the remaining unrest and uncertainty, a business constitution must allocate a corresponding amount of resources to deregulate outdated systems and allow participants to revitalize the operating business system with organizational development as well as the mental operating systems of the participants with personnel development. However, this cannot be an excuse for neglecting L43 and the corresponding Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© .

L51: On the bases of the above essentials, a business constitution must allow the decision makers of a business the freedom to raise their voices in organizing the non-essentials in freedom, to the degree they prove to argue within the essentials.
L52: Groups may be built on genuine trust to establish qualified majorities or chains of command, except where that would conflict with L51 where some people strive to get "more free than others" yet at their cost.
L53: Groups may not be encouraged to form out of fear, mobs must be discouraged as long as such corrective measures do not conflict with L52; constructive associations being the proper measure to cope with deconstructive ones.
L54: Unproven prejudices must be overcome before they attract resources. However, this cannot be an excuse for neglecting L53 and the corresponding effort to network.
L55: The aim in clarifying disagreement is a redesign of the human system so that the relationships are more upright than before, based on a deepened uprightness based on mutual understanding. This may not become the prevailing occupation at the cost of upholding L54 and what is operationally possible with the system in place.

to cope with life's opposite, evilness
L61: A business constitution must stem from the courage to opt for lifefulfillment and against reengineering, replacing or annihilating life where its essence and meaning is not understood. It thus channels the will of those concerned from an attitude of equanimity towards acknowledging the wisdom of lifefulfillment in contrast to an individual or a collective embellishment, or justification for suicide.
L62: Setting up, understanding, interpreting, administering, updating and redesigning a business constitution requires C3-guided creativity within the realm of L61. Constitutions may never become a virtual reality exercise aiming at establishing an alternative to creation, say a mere mental man-made construct. People of good-will and those scientifically established recognise that purely man-made systems evolve in a self-destructive way. In short, so-called evolution may never be allowed to displace the created order in the only place it can, in individual human's minds.
L63: Ultimately, a business constitution's purpose can only provide a mental platform for the self-conquest of those concerned except where that would conflict with L62, personal conscience in view of God.
L64: To be able to cope with the unavoidable challenges and temptations of life's opposite, evilness, a business constitution must leave space for those concerned to transform their intuitions as the relationship to their Creator, as long as such system-opening impulses are not twisted into an excuse for L63 and thus endanger a framework that allows self-conquest with self-righteousness such as is the trade mark of false prophets.
L65: After all the above obligations, a business constitution must leave room for genuine joy. This may not serve as an excuse for neglecting L64 and instead focus on joy for its own sake, e.g. hedonism or post-modern "anything goes"
L66: Last but not least, a business constitution may never become a mere habit, a base for political correctness or even a closed system; after all life is more of a verb than a substantive for as such, "l-i-v-e" would become its opposite "e-v-i-l"; un unfulfilled waste. Thus a business constitution has to be based on open-ended generative principles, OEGP, usually referred to with abbreviations here, rather than on denotational words. Only that communication that does not evolve due to its inner formal dynamics such as common language, which in the end leaves its speakers other-determined, but allows conscious growth, such as a program based on verified subroutines, does not inhibit L65, genuine joy based on fulfillment.
The above marks the end of philosophy which, since Plato has sought the solution in human detriment in an intellectually embellished mass suicide. We now have the following alternatives to chose from as a SP=success promising approach:

The above mental attitude expressed in L11-L66, still possible within the prevailing mental operating system, provides the basis for people of good will, to apply insights into the path of lifefulfillment based on personal truth in a coherent way with available science that is based on what is (reality), seeking to understand the time- and space less laws of change in nature (physics), the sustainable way of using the ecosystem (ecology) and the innate substantiality of human beings in terms of lifefulfillment (Applied Personal Science APS®) to update their mental operating system.
After the FA>PA>SP stages outlined above, the

options outlined for the SP=success promising approach,
it remains, for the BC-Movement, to carry on with a HA=human approach to implement the 3rd way of lifefulfillment; for that propose I have created an Internet-platform:

At this stage you should have understood, that beginning with HA-arguments is the gateway to hell, e.g. the above mentioned SP-approaches 1 and 2; hard- and software suicide. Despite the fact, that those two approaches have almost become a precondition for success in the present world, please qualify to to able to use the above mentioned Internet-platform for a HA to the FA>PA>SP outlined here. That line is not up for discussion on the BCM-platform - others serve that purpose well. BCM-members focus on a more humane way to establish the FA>PA>SP approach outlined here as a basis for corresponding business constitutions.
