When it comes to constructive influence (Pn-personally neutral peopleware) Bl excuses (u) himself from having to be part of preparing new boundary conditions (Bp) for more than what is minimally (m) required to have a say when they reach the stage to be really worked (Bw) out; after all he tries to make existing conditions work in his favor. AK prepares the communication about his solution (L) for how to influence people in terms of deregulating the "peopleware's home (h)", the constitution (Be) in view of getting his value (w) as a politician to be worked out in history, so that he can maximize (M) the multiplication of what he considers political correctness (Bm). ML can deal with conflicting and confusing conditions (v) Be and makes use of them to prepare the communication about his self-justification (S). AO has a feeling (F) for what will tangibly multiply (Om), PC focuses on what is essential (p) about the established communication (Ce), FC harmonizes (c) new projects (Op) that the world forces on our country (such as resolving the open problems between the banks and the Jews) and RD seeks to harmonize (c) the established processes so that the less fortunate do not get forgotten. KV tries to maximize (M) the trend (Ce) for what he considers necessary, having a "living space (h) to multiply the communication (Cm) about preparing new values (w) that create boundary conditions for spending money so that some budget limitation can be worked out (Bw) to solve (L) the problem of the debts otherwise getting out of hand. This shows that it would be easy to govern Switzerland if there is enough money for every interest group even in view of fiercely deconstructive opposition in one's own ranks, but lets face it, there are limits to human influence! And after all, each human being has sixteen entries distrubuted over the F1-9, corresponding to the sixteen modes of human being and occupying every aspect ranging from Be to Bm. And as we have seen above, a person who at first seems a merely deconstructive, turns out to be constructive somewhere. Only in this profound sense are human equals! After all, Switzerland justifies itself (S) by the processes worked out, be the the revitalization of its freedom at various times in history, by being instrumental in many international institutions, or by its economic and financial position in view of confusing (v) trends. ....
