| Basics about Constitutions | |
The basic way of expressing all constitutions stems from Plato's personal fear of the endangered Greek oligarchy he was part of at his time around 400 BC in the following sense.

Up to the introduction of computer software Plato's thinking catastrophe went at large unnoticed culminating in the past centuries' human catastrophes. The time has come, beyond Karl Poppers book "The Open Society and Its Enemies: The Spell of Plato" to reveals that thread through human history and overcome the underlying thinking catastrophe. If humanity is understood as a network of the neuronal networks in our heads, then it becomes obvious that the prevailing mental operating system in most people's heads are outdated. |
What is outdated requires deregulating supporting or absent constitutions of all kinds that prolong outdated thinking for the short-term benefit or comfort of its system wardens. In 1215 the Magna Charta started the constitutional movement in Europe as follows:
JOHN, by the grace of God King of England, Lord of Ireland, Duke of Normandy and Aquitaine, and Count of Anjou, to his archbishops, bishops, abbots, earls, barons, justices, foresters, sheriffs, stewards, servants, and to all his officials and loyal subjects, Greeting. KNOW THAT BEFORE GOD, for the health of our soul and those of our ancestors and heirs, to the honor of God, the exaltation of the holy Church, and the better ordering of our kingdom, at the advice of our reverend fathers Stephen, archbishop of Canterbury, primate of all England, and ....and other loyal subjects:
FIRST, THAT WE HAVE GRANTED TO GOD, and by this present charter have confirmed for us and our heirs in perpetuity, that the English Church shall be free, and shall have its rights undiminished, and its liberties unimpaired. That we wish this so to be observed, appears from the fact that of our own free will, before the outbreak of the present dispute between us and our barons, we granted and confirmed by charter the freedom of the Church's elections - a right reckoned to be of the greatest necessity and importance to it - and caused this to be confirmed by Pope Innocent III. This freedom we shall observe ourselves, and desire to be observed in good faith by our heirs in perpetuity.
TO ALL FREE MEN OF OUR KINGDOM we have also granted, for us and our heirs for ever, all the liberties written out below, to have and to keep for them and their heirs, of us and our heirs:...
In 1291 the core of Switzerland was formed around the "Bundesbrief" (Letter of the Union) beginning with "In the Name of God, Amen" a preamble that now reads "In the Name of God Almighty" in the new Swiss constitution. It then went on: "Public reputation and welfare requires, that a sustainable peace order is established.." and in modern terms "The People of Switzerland and the Cantons in responsibility towards the Creation, desiring to renew the union, in order to strengthen freedom, democracy, independence and peace in solidarity and openness towards the world...
In North America, the Ratification of 17.9.1787 of the Conventions of nine States was considered sufficient for the Establishment of this Constitution between the States so ratifying the Same in the name of: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

According to dictionaries, a (platonian) constitution is

meant that way or simply as alibi it at all in just usurping the power from whoever seemed to have had it before. Today using the media instead or terror as in the past, or lately the Internet to brainwash people in a battle for attention in their minds considered otherwise as empty containers (Madison Avenue marketing philosophy)....
The BC-Movement uses a more sustainable, lifefulfilling bases:
Please consider how science became successful in technology; not by platonian constitutions; its primary success is not based on wishful thinking in terms of human freedom, but in finding out the laws of nature to which every thing is subject to. Then it was a matter of designing arrangements that give those laws a desired meaning, e.g. in a steam engine, a car or a computer. The results were technical systems designed for specific purposes, so far, however, mere extensions of conventional, platonian (formally ideal) human desires to the point of their globalization. Thus technology become instrumental in globalizing the platonian mental operating system, to which say Microsoft is yet another footnote and was thus deprived of its basically possible success for which its protagonists have worked originally. Subtle as they are, intellectuals have constrained scientific progress with their three taboos by which they still secure the platonian system and corrupt all other mental operating systems with the corresponding viruses, such as the pre-trans trap and the mobbing one...
The BC-movement carries the basic scientific approach through such traps to the laws of lifefulfillment in order to consciously make them the governing principles for the way to invest our lives, not just using philosophy to increase our thus postulated or imagined freedom as subjects to handle objects "better", e.g. more ideally that is in tune with the spirit of the time as propagated by intellectuals and other virtual reality "maggots in the bacon" of human society with their say "management by" pseudo-sciences.
It is now a matter of how to turn that FA=factual approach to the BC-Movement coherently into a PA=personal approach that overcomes the understandable fear of Plato and the spell he hast cast through history.
