Basics about the FA>PA Transition

What meets the eye on a purely FA=factual approach are the seemingly Be=established boundary conditions, which make sense for objects in terms of their forms. In attempting a PA=personal approach, you need primarily to acknowledge the Be political correctness with the culture, the social compatibility within the group and the matter of course assumptions of the person concerned. As soon as you go beyond such Be you provoke emotionality as an expression of the hidden agenda of the human system, which is involved in trying to thus gain acknowledgement in a power game that takes place in the respective emotional role models of those concerned. In order to transcend them rather than getting stuck in their futility, or falling prey to the corresponding pre-trans-trap as a scapegoat for disturbing the "peace", you need to understand the emotional role models as an inadequate expression of the innate desire of any human system for the fulfillment of its tasks or basic purpose, as for instance culturally laid down in a constitution, or for individuals, in quality of their lives.  

As George Bernard Shaw said: "This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy." Thus life is something beyond survival or mere balance. All life except that of humans serves other life beyond its death; nature uses it all. Humans alone have the choice of cannibalizing the living space provided for them, or fulfilling their lives by a conscious decision to become part of life fulfillment for as many as possible. 

On a personal level that requires securing one's personal insights into one's C3-purpose as a Creature of the Creator in HIS Creation with personal conscience within the culture one lives in, in a responsible way, rather than just struggling for c3-survival in a command, control, communicate power position to dramatize one's emotional egocentric urge to cannibalize the whole.

On a one-to-one level such as in a marriage, love until death parts you is prescribed by the Creator and its corresponding human tradition to overcome the temptation of betrayal and unjustified divorce in avoiding the challenges of a genuine personal approach to living together.

On a collective level a common purpose has to be worked out and made transparent to those participating in such a way that they can convey it to those concerned through their tradition, nationality, claim, constitution, corporate identity, mission statement, proposal, rationale for declaring war, making peace, getting involved in trade etc.

In that sense a constitution is the platform that allows the extension of divine purpose and personal love into a collective, as an alternative to an otherwise fragmentary and thus hypocritical life. In that light it makes sense that the Swiss Constitution begins with "In the Name of God the Almighty..."

And thus it is often a thorn in the fabric of social life if economic enterprise employs most of most people's lives for purposes which too often fundamentally oppose those of the constitution of the culture in which their activity takes place. We all know how that thorn can poison the environment including people in it, and it becomes a tumor in criminal economic activities (Wild West capitalism, mafia, money laundering), a major stress factor (antisocial employment conditions, mobbing and social unrest), crippling break down (when weapons production leads to war), cancer, when physical and psychic drugs corrupt a society morally and spiritually etc.

To overcome that key problem, the thorn in the flesh of humans living together in the 21st century, the BCM Business Constitution Movement was founded on February 15, 2000 by Dr. Peter Meier, Founder of Applied Personal Science APS®. It is to reconcile the available orientation knowledge with the available manipulation know-how so that it isn't just left at the mercy of the c3-seduction skills and  amplification via the spirit of the time, or to the trend of cannibalizing the living space in order to redesign life in man's image; a project bound to fail for it drives stress to the limit! Thus rather than condemning people to becoming part of the problem, the BC-movement is an opportunity to become part of the solution with Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC©; something a C3-believing human being is certainly capable of... 

Summing up: Since only a HA=a human approach can bridge a FA=factual approach towards a PA=personal approach, in times when there is a lack of PA (when humans feel meaningless und disorientated with each other) outdated HAs need to be deregulated so that the prevailing HA in a culture can be revitalized based on the genuine (beyond emotions) PL=personal learning processes of those concerned. In order to do more than just allowing that and actively promote and support it, a human system needs a corresponding understanding on an individual level, and a constitution on a collective level, which states the HA to be adopted, what to do if i'ts violated, how to encourage it and a basis for deciding on which necessities it is to be updated and how, based on whom and what and for what reason. Those demands can obviously only be reasonably met if the underlying laws that govern the lifefulfillment of those concerned are known and can be applied and that defines

The prime purpose of the BC-movement and the corresponding personal requirement for participants: 

That prejudice has been proven wrong time and again: However, among other examples  it took a full century in Europe of useless suffering from the plague with all that entailed from the moment the first people had insight into the proper cure until it was socially safe to implement it. At the most  basic level it has been overcome in view on man's destiny by Jesus Christ as RQed in the Bible and the Reformation which overcame more than a millennium of mainstream misguided human efforts to obscure the thus responsibly secured life quality was accessible for human beings. In WWII the similarly misguided Nazi movement was overcome at the price of more than 50 Million brutally slaughtered lives. 

Visibly, Ronald Reagan and Gorbachov brought half of the evil empire of communism to an end after it had murdered about 100 million people in it 70 years of rule. Scientifically speaking, the foundation of Applied Personal Science APS® has conceptually brought Plato's thinking catastrophe about "ideal forms" to an end. According to Karl Popper in "The Open Society and Its Enemies : The Spell of Plato" governed history in the innumerable  footnotes in the past 2400 years, mentally causing all human catastrophes up to the above mentioned example, and beyond to today's major trouble spots on earth and even in mundane business meetings for that matter.

However, to become effective, such PersonalLearningprocess-based scientific achievements have to be ResponsibleQuality secured in a critical number of people's minds to make a difference on earth - and that is what the BC-movement is about; see John 14:12.
