Constitution, a Safeguard beyond Emotions

Why? Because emotions are not sustainable and rather than allowing qualitative growth, they cannibalize the living space to maintain themselves with sheer quantitative growth at all cost both in material and human resource terms ... 

Emotions produce nice-sounding recipes like "Sacred Cows make the best Burgers" by Kriegel and Brandt:

• Round up the sacred cows
• Develop a change ready environment
• Turn resistance into readiness
• Motivate people to change

Develop seven personal change ready traits:

1. resourcefuness,
2. optimism,
3. adventurousness,
4. drive,
5. adaptability,
6. confidence,
7. tolerance for ambiguity.

The sacred cows include - the paper cow, the meeting cow, the speed cow, the expert cow, the cash cow, the competitive cow, the customer cow, the low price cow, the quick-reactor cow, the no-mistake cow, the down-sizing cow, the technocow, the team cow, the work-till-you-drop cow.

Change ready means growing, learning, and living life to the fullest; tapping skills, strengths, and resources you never knew you had.

But what does such best seller rhetoric mean in real life other than at best entertainment? Admittedly entertainment is a business, business constitutions are none; they are pointing to what transcends business so that business can be turned into its service; at the danger of being mobbed in the pre-trans-trap... 

However, the fact of life is, you can, depending on your emotional nature, 

The question is how to emancipate from 

	ER=exemplary rider (teacher, trainer, guru) aiming at becoming the focal point for a crowd in terms of the FA=objective factual approach with a PA=subjective personal approach to
	GR=go along-riders who manifest a trend by values, hopes and virtual realities: This brings into play
	OR=out-riders, who use the thus assembled crowd as a vehicle for their own agenda say as a coach. Then we have a crowd, directed by a HC=human co-operation that demands PL=personal learning processes. Because of its outcome, not everybody in thus evolving groups behaves politically correctly,
	DR=disciplinary riders are needed to  amplify and dramatize non-socially compatible interactions in order to allow corrective measure. This demands RQ=a responsible way to secure the common quality with MI=meaningful innovations such as rheotric. Then in order not to get bored by the resulting mainstream generalizations
	TR=trick riders show off and in their self-determined strive to get their share of power, they often go too far like the soccer's apprentice in their SE=success orientated experiences, pretending to take PR=personal responsibility for the whole. That triggers the
	BR=boundary riders to get involved with their IC=individual, connotational awareness of the AF=actual facts beyond the whole emotionalized, denotational circus. BR try to overcome the futile search for of a common denominator despite the mob at their back, and usually fail unless a constitution allows, promotes and supports connotational freedom in the name of some overall reason.

But of course such a reason, philosophy or constitution has to be established by exemplary riders teaching go along-riders how to ride their emotions rather than be ridden by them, out-riders that don't just misuse them for their own hidden agenda, but dare to move them say into training on the job situations, and get support from disciplinary and trick riders. And all this is not just to include boundary riders as humans with a right to express their otherwise politically incorrect emotions, or worse make them go along-riders just to get bums on seats or try to otherwise instrumentalize each other. Rather it is in the genuine, personally.neutral interest of all  to create a common living space, in which as many as possible can reach beyond emotional self-expression and the corresponding waste of life in content-free power games, with personally relevant Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated innate Competence, TEPOC© towards lifefulfillment. And that requires a mental operating system that transcends the emotional limitation to the two corresponding to one's accepted emotional roles in the present society among the twelve dimension of lifefulfillment: FA>PA SP>HA HC>PL RQ>MI SE>PR IC>AF and relating to them according to the one out of 1728 possible life principles that does justice to one's P=potential being based on the innate core personality.

To allow that transformation, it is important, to note that according to the basic laws of lifefulfillment,  modeled by Applied Personal Science APS®, and obvious in real life, that on an average one out of 8 people are either

• ER (Father-like),
• OR (Mother-like),
• DR(3rd Daughter-like),
• TR(2nd Son-like), 
• BR(2nd Daughter-like) 

and 3 out of 8 are

• GR (with 1st Son-like hope, 1st Daughter-like values and 3rd Son-like conviction)

with the following emotional structure, where T=tension, A=Anger and G=guilt are the three emotional and thereby non-sustainable urges:

Experiments have shown indeed, that only about 20% of people can keep integrity with their perception in an artificially confused group, let alone under mobbing or with something less tangible like coherent thinking. The others lose it because they too often inflict premeditated emotional suffering, or follow-ups of unconsidered opinions that become self-fulfilling prophecies onto others in order to c3-ehhance their claims and secure their position power. This seeming fault in the "human design" has in fact led to human c3-culture. And indeed if in a confused group of 30 people one is clear, then not just 20, but 40% of the test persons can maintain their integrity, demonstrating the incredible effect of one person with integrity. In terms of the is-modes (i=input need, s=internal state focus (I) only

• ER-Fa are emotionally "clean" in terms of M(pS)=maximum, v(pt)=values, c(pf)=constraints which qualifies them for an exemplary, father-like, traditional leadership and
• TR-2S in terms of S(iS)=defocus, which qualifies them for defocusing from the Fa-tradition and demonstrate alternatives beyond side-tracking trick ridding, e.g. as soldiers versus knights, craftsmen versus traditional farmers, technology versus position power, discoverer versus citizen etc.

They set the example for the is-responsibility of a critical number of people with a mind trained beyond their emotional temptation to fall for non-sustainable emotional power and misuse their position power in society to maintain it; a non-constitutional culture in which its representatives give in to emotions, does more harm than good! To make culture a platform for lifefulfillment as it is meant to be, like a cradle is open for a baby to outgrow it unlike a coffin, requires a culture in which trans-rational values are uphold to O=challenge people's I=concepts  towards taming their emotional states, covered up as rational via their non-rational ones clean from TAG-emotions allowing their a=intuition (as the personal relationship to the Creator) to guide their conscience.  In this fast changing and highly networked world, more and more people like you yourself may fall into a situation where it depends upon you, whether a large group, even mankind itself, falls into the abyss or faces the challenge before the point of no return; think of Luther and Gorbachov.

In this way default way of human expression of life, the e-motions put forth the twelve C3-dimensions: But under a mental operating system that simply emerged from the above mentioned c3-emotional power games in a Social Darwinian manner, each of us cannot but try to collapse the twelve dimensions into his or her two. In my case IC>AF; thus if that is all you realize about me, you may put aside what I present here as mere opinions based on my personal IC constrained perception of AF; but what if it reflects the truth?

The inability of this society to discern opinions from truth with its "anything goes" post-normal philosophy is not the solution of the problem for which it is presented by its system priests; it it the very problem!

It gives rise to the well known symptoms that have bugged humanity since Plato introduced the denotationally based mental operating system. That made people question and fragment everything, including the Son of God, except the denotational, personally neutral nature of their culture; except for physicists who like Newton introduced the content free mathematics and allowed humans to extend their emotional power with technology. However, a human culture's task is not to uphold an emotionally driven leader, denotations with mobbing and itself with globalizing technology, thus mentally fragmenting everything into politically correct (and not ideal as Plato suggested) forms.  It is to bridge humans beyond their default emotional awareness and not fill those gaps between them by tagging them law free zones such as "collective archetypes", in order to fill them with man-made c3-virtual realities that now threaten to displace the C3-dimensions of life: Imagine a world consisting of concrete bridges without any valley or place to serve as a connection, crowded with highway traffic: 

You might get an idea of what I mean by reminding yourself of the TV-pictures you probably saw about the flooded Mozambique at the beginning of March 2000. Who is going to be the mental helicopters? Intellectuals, politicians, beggars begging each other for orientation, esoterics seeking the solution in nirvana, artists, champions, druggies, junkies and yuppies or simply the media, in future with virtual personalities...biological brains good, chips better...nothing best...it is all just a way to get there, e.g. death, with the least pain und the maximum pleasure says our mid-brain we share with mammals...but is it really? Don't worry, get busy, so the stem-brain we share with the crocodile overrides the conscience worked out in the frontal lobes unique to human beings with short-term reactions to immediate challenges, suggests the mammal brain, dividing the others in order to rule your head. And that means more sublimational needs to be satisfied, cash flow, economic growth, pollution, collective suicide in luxury, in short hell on earth for most people, the trade mark of human culture so far, far from lifefulfilling, a nice dream, just wishful thinking of a gay called Peter Meier, but let's get on with business then or we miss our part of the cake... 

A  proper constitution properly established can and should provide trans-rational values as an additional safeguard for collective human systems beyond what individuals can sustain in critical moments and it allows people with integrity to still do the right thing in times of collective confusion, e.g. with or without someone else, WOWSE; solely responsible to God in their conscience. In the same way a belief system should be cultivated by everybody to personally overcome difficult times in one's self in one's mind: Have you been instructed how to do your constitutional and your personal bit? In Switzerland all males who are fit have to go into the Army and learn how to shoot an enemy with various bullets, but our culture does not make much provision in the direction of maintaining a lifefulfilling society with its main, economic dynamic...

Imagine the world seen from the dark side of space that is pitch dark, where such endeavors have no chance, and a bright as a light bulb for every human being who can employ integrity in times of collective confusion. Please picture how such a map might have changed in your life-time and see on which side you are, and draw a personal conclusion from this insight!
