that

the path of the world has been paved by c3-science and that now includes pretty well all kind of politically correct opinions, e.g. political correctness is now paving the paths into a faster than life multi-trend global society, which thus leaves less and less time for a single personal cause such as lifefulfillment. On this path, humans bombard each other with answers to questions they have never asked in a futile struggle to get global attention with nice-sounding ones in the name of freedom from life's laws without know for what to become free to instead. This path leads to regulation by chaos.

 

the BC-Movement's path begins with C3-conscience which leads to PL=personal learning processes in living in the world, because though we are in it, we are not of it. The resulting temptation to yield and default to the world in its overwhelming quantity can only be overcome by RQing one's PL, e.g. consciously work them out in a responsible way in the light of the truth towards life fulfillment's responsibility in this world. This consists in witnessing the laws of lifefulfillment and in a modern world that entails working out platforms that are inherently designed to reflect them as accurate as possible. Similarly every hardware technology is as sustainable as it reflects the desired laws of nature. So it is only consequential that its usage should reflect the laws of lifefulfillment of those concerned not the greed of those in its possession.

Modern software can be used to globally amplify for purposes; it is upon us to decide on the appropriate peopleware on the basis of which software is to be designed!

That is obvious when you design the software by which a passenger plane is controlled. Why should it be different for the software by which computers, banks and the stock exchange or the management systems of companies or states are run? Why should we allow lope holes for destructive emotional power games? 

It is time we replace c3-Platonian "freedom" as the ultimate value by C3-lifefulfillment with all it entails and rather than argue about it, secure it with busiess constitutions!    

1. The one-dimensional JOB to set up a working model for the Business Cosntitutuion 

L44-9Ow: Collective Collective unrest has to be taken personally as a sign that somebody has refrained from taking his personal learning process and is instead projecting it on the participants in an attempt to establish a sacred cow and for its failure, a scapegoat, usually the one who best understands what is really cocking.
It is thus a matter of taking preventative measure with a FA=factual approach by asking the first question towards working out a business constitution in view of the cause of the unrest, p(Be)>5f is:

What is your p=perception of Be, the already established boundary conditions and what do you f=feel can we 5=undertake within it?

The aim is to thus coach ER=exemplary riders to come up in a brain storming with examples of making the desired FA attractive for a PA, so that participants engage in Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© in a workshop with each other in making the Be-"sacred cow" of the engaged group transparent. The result is p(Be)>5f, perceived guidelines in terms of channeling the feelings of participants towards the desired business idea. This is the precondition to conveying values that lead further; for that is only possible if appropriate feelings and a sense of having been part of the process that lead to them are attached to them before the are made generally binding! 

L51-8Bw: The thus B=regulation that has to w=worked out now of social unrest is to be avoided, 8=provokes decision makers to clarify the still floating approach in view of the temptation to occupy corresponding power positions instead of laying the bases for a personally neutral system to tame the content-free energies thus stirred up.   
In view of the thus boiling up content-free power struggle to get away with the a(O/Bp)>9R fear to come too late in getting one's a=intuitive concerns about the unavoidable O=challenges in p=preparing the freezing of the evolving B=order as a binding regulation across in a R=relaxed way, a PA=personal approach emerges. However, since it is also risky to stick out his neck, it is a matter what is the lesser evil, to go along and suppress one's concerns or voice them and possibly get turned down by mobbing. Therefore the question to be raised and which those concerned have to be OPENed-UP to clarify that choice is:  

What 9=basics are you relying on in a Bp=global context, so that you can R=relax in view of your a=conscience and the unavoidable O=consequences of implementing any man-made order in terms of the thus provoked Personal Learning process of those concerned?

The aim of a business constitution must be to encourage the latter option, that of personal integrity rather than defaulting, so that one's human resources remain available to the common project otherwise blocked in fear. The result is an a(O/Bp)>9R culture evolving that allows to follow up one's concerns in an atmosphere of R=relaxing trust into 9=basics rather than following undigested thinking catastrophes. Without such a constitutionally secured culture, reacting out of fear produces the O=disasters one fears and that enforced a far more costly p=breaking up to B=coercions that make the 9=underlying laws R=detached and seemingly undesirable. This misguided attitude gives rise to the c3-temptation of trying to override C3, which is bound to fail , even if can be globalized by attracting more and more people! The fact is, certain c3-global experiments can only be made once, the are no guarantee for C3-success!

Let's face it, most human endeavors, and since March 12, 2000 it is official, that this includes the Catholic Church, fail already at this stage and even beyond admitting it with no solution within reach! What other prove do you need that not C3-Creation but the prevailing c3-man-made mental operating system is the cause! What more do you need to follow the BC-Movement that has everything available to overcome that cause, except, if you still c3-hesitate, YOU and your C3-resources! In any case; your PL is up to be faced with c3 or C3 and you are no longer innocent about the outcome, since you have been informed.

L52-6Pp: Once the basic two options are clarified, it becomes a matter of 6=controlling the thus p=initiated P=process resulting from the choice of those concerned, to avoid at least a short-term confusion over the now unavoidable O=ruin of outdated concepts, and instead focus all concerned into a S=STRAIGHTFORWARD procedure. That either asks for trust into mere c3 or C3 based c3...
O(S/Pp)>6p): The resulting p=perceptions that demand to be 6=controlled in terms of the business plan allow a S=straightforward dealing with the associated O=challenge, the trade mark of a SP=success promising business that attracts resource to grow, based on trusting its return on investment.


Emotionally speaking, the power to compete is transcended in to the power to grow by the attracted GR=go along-riders' when a critical number of supporter or customers is reached that makes further internal and external marketing feasible. The driving force then becomes the communicated answer to the question of the unique selling point

For what P=process are you p=taking 6=responsibility in terms of what p=perceived aspect of lifefulfillment?

L53-3Be: Once nailed down for a 3=specific contribution one tries to confine oneself from the remaining fear of failure with the corresponding e=establishment of B=formal specifications to allow arguing about the unleashed CONSEQUENCES of getting tangible about one's business.   
Thus in order not to drive out the devil with Beelzebub one has to ask the following  first real management question

With what formal specifications and what technology (hardware) and  methodology of implementing (software) them are you contributing to what aspect of lifefulfillment peopleware) and at what price in terms of cannibalizing other life forms and/or the living space with its natural resources in view of sustainability 

the o(R)>5 answer to which determines the degree to which those concerned can R=relax in their o=call and thus the HA=humanness of the approach: Not allowing transparency about the truth at this stage results in unrest, first in people's conscience, then in their mind and body and finally in society and with that management failure #1 we have to rerun starting again from L44 with the corresponding coming too late and the resulting punishment of life. Almost the whole consulting industry and its associated intellectual blackart profit from this failure like maggots in bacon and the corresponding effect on economy. Thus the driving force for economy becomes sublimating fear and no longer lifefulfillment; interestingly enough, in a cancerous tissue the (cash) flow is higher than in a normal one; which makes it impossible to reconcile life with mammon,  the economic imperative; one ends up having to serve the other and a business constitution has to set the priorities right!

L54-6Oe: As soon as everything is formally under 6=control, the desired O=objectives can be e=established as the focus among the target group. This set the prejudice for the further d=doing required for m=multiplying the required 3=tangible O=objects with the T=TOLERANCE for the m=minimal effort this demands of the participants. 
d(T/Om)>3m: The outcome of the HC=human co-operation that is required to get things d=done, which requires a one-track mindedness, determines the T=tolerance for each other and thus the synergy and the efficiency in getting the Om-job done. From this point of view a 3=tangible investment into m=minimally understanding each other pays off! Thus humans should be considered a resource worthwhile investing into rather than a cost factor because they have to be put on track. In the first C3-resonance seeking case Applied Personal Science APS® is the appropriate orientation knowledge. In the second, c3-compliance seeking case, it is in conscience's way to apply manipulation know-how such as rhetoric to seduce people to where one wants them to focus their attention on to.

In both cases a prejudice about the attitude to relate to humans and the expected result precedes the allocation of resources, be it according to 

theory X; in the expected return on investment in commanding a cost factor for a controlled effort in communicating an egocentric c3-desire for manipulation, or

theory Y; as a belief into the Creator's meaning of investing one's life as his Creature into the hoped for mutual understanding within his Creation based on C3-love
