However, genuine RQ asks for the frontal lobes, unique to human beings and their c3-right and C3-left brain hemisphere capabilities for long-term considerations in terms of C3-orientation knowledge (science) and c3-manipulation know-how (technology) that is sustainable beyond reptilian reactions and mammalian seductions in long-term, for c3 for a life time (say for a pace maker) and for C3 beyond in view of God's promise, eternity.
