1. Introduction to the Key Players

following conclusions are based
on modeling the key players
in the Jerusalem conflict and the collective human
systems involved in the year 2000,
To get acquainted with the scenario, it is important to study this site as a whole. In the context of the key players some relevant concepts are introduced. The purpose it to reveals the dynamic by which each human system, personal or collective can achieve its §1=the freedom of X=existential expression. Thanks to the personal initiative of President Bill Clinton this has been largely achieved in Camp David 2000. However, when this is not followed up by §2=dealing
with each other in a mutually beneficial way,
the danger is, and unfortunately for too many now dead it has
manifested since that basic analysis was put online in August 2000, that
such §1-progress will decay and result in yet another confrontation. The

for Ehud Barak 4Cr/X: After Prime Minister Ehud Barak employed his 4Cr-power in Camp David to J=justify himself in his §1-terms of the promises by which he became Prime Minister, his favorite for the position of State President of Israel, Nobel Peace Prize winner Simon Peres, was turned down in favor of Likud's Moshe Katzav. unavoidable bloodshed. Unless Ehud Barak can

reach an all encompassing accord, he will have to seek the courage
to employ his power to stay in power as PM and through him

In fact many intellectuals employ some kind of self-fulfilling prophecy to present their scientific impotence as a virtue with paradoxical statements such as "prophecy is given to fools": You do not need to be a prophet to declare, that thinking catastrophes lead to human catastrophes which was nowhere illustrated better than in Jewish history and the Bible - which seemed to ignored by the key players in their real meaning, as being beneath their dignity... In the meantime Barak leads the 8th war and probably not just politically speaking, he has succumbed to his *3=ego survival, in his case 5Cm-submission to the political process. And sure enough, scientists#2 such as Prof. Yaron Ezrahi, have a way to make sense out of this by saying that no conflict was ever resolved by faith and trust, thus intellectually condemning the parties to go on wasting lives infotained to * + - % without reference to § (outlined with the vector-language; so far only in German), in short this refers to the following
Those ports are in tune with the stem- and the mid-brain capacities, the human frontal lobe reason and the believe system, with their respective time horizons of up to 20 seconds, 20 minutes to two days, the life-long memory and the past life consequences... for ISRAEL with its In its need for recognition the Jewish culture and particularly Israel projected first its §1=claim for a h=home land for a living space in the midst of the aimlessness in the former British protectorate of Palestine. Its inhabitants, faced with the Jews §2-determination to do y=the minimal requirements to survive even in the desert, at first met them with 1Ce-open-hearts and throughout the event of World War II, the world met the cause of Israel with 8Be-sensitivity. However, the War of Independence in 1948 put a blockage in the way of this process and since the Six Day War in 1967 the Israeli position has been one of 4Pm-stubbornness aimed at retaining its thus conquered, more secure borders. Similarly mankind tries to hang on to the long outdated mentality based on the c3-type Platonian type MOS mental operating system in order to keep the c3-progress made possible through it in terms of controlling objects, commanding people and communicating the rest risks in a personally neutral, limited and limiting c3-world view. And this means denying the C3-view that a Creator created the Creation in which we have set up our c3-world as his Creators; in fact the very basis of Jewish identity. Needles to say that this formula, isomorphic in its meaning to that of Einstein in terms of m=E/c2 is as relevant as in the days of the prophets! The fact is, the Middle East, specifically Israel and the occupied territories are characterized by alienating parties, though tied together like Siamese twins. tissue in the living space of earth.

for Bill Clinton with his In insisting on §1 by following his a=intuition and gut feeling, President Clinton creates a §2 §1-conductive atmosphere of cheerfulness. This allows the endurance to face the neediness on both side of the Jerusalem conflict in order to overcome destructive stubbornness#1 and #2. And when this is fruitfully done and war as "negotiation#1" is overcome, it can lead to effective negotiations#2 that bring the parties together and let them understand#3 each other better, before jumping to conclusions#1 again. As we know he has to face !=letting go in §3 in personal matters; something he shares with Ehud Barak, who already had to let go in §2 as explained above. This

substance thus also explains Clinton’s sympathy and praise for
Barak going to brink in the Camp David 2000 agreement with this reference
to similar patterns: Barak in a way precedes Clinton in facing the !-concept.

as Barak has to resign
to the lacking trust into the Israeli political system and the alienated
factions blocking it, so does Clinton have to resign with his work to

for the Arabs in their The fact that the Arabs precede the Jew's X>§2-sequence with their idealism, which the Jews refuse to accept, as a respectable basis, is the core of the problem which is again symbolized by the Arabs having replaced the Jew's temple with their Mosques... This in turn gives rise to the Jew's fear, that unless they dominate the Arabs in their living space, their §1-existence will be undermined. In return, the Arab §1-set up their h=living space in their mass mind, something western military cannot handle. On this mutually non-compatible#2 basis both express their need for recognition and thus attract opposing powers on a global level. They in turn use the aimlessness in the Middle East for their power games to which both Israelis and Arabs open their heart to gain the sensitivity of their respective allies. Thus most of the time, specifically in the Cold War, the Middle East has become the top hot spot. In recent times, Saddam Hussein, the Iranian Mullahs and Gadaffi, and through Lebanon, Syria have been lurking in the background, and are presently taking the place of the former Soviet Union. The result is a global stubbornness in relation to bold solutions to all the displaced problems which is both enhanced and implemented by post-modern scienctists#2. In fact in a way, the Israeli detest about the Arabs.. This flaw in the Western minds in turn allows the Arabs to J=justify themselves in their §2-activities; something at which Saddam Hussein among others, is still a master while all the US-presidents who beat him are gone...

for Jassier Arafat in his Last, but not least, The Palestinian Chairman Jassier Arafat as a person is as loner among the key players. However, he is one who time and again has managed to gain just enough empathy to go on dramatizing the repulsion between the Arabs and the Israelis. This has so far allowed him to §1/J=justifying his position power to the point where he seems to be irreplaceable. Arafat is thus instrumentalized and impersonates the blockage that is really in most people’s heads in relation to an update of their outdated mental operating systems. So with Arafat everybody has an excuse and if it comes to the worst, a scapegoat onto which individual stubbornness can be projected. This threat forces him to b=balance the competing factions to become §2-active. But as long as he is thus internally busy he cannot make the historic decisions Ehud Barak, caught in the same trap at home, expected of him to save his skin...

CONCLUSION The above analysis stems from the visualized process (available with an advanced software system - with additional qualities available - upon request) as it surface from §1 into §2: In short Ehud Barak in giving in to *3=Israel's final state, blames Jassier Arafat for his legitimate stubbornness in defending the Palestinian position and for not having enough control of the
In the meantime that c3-thinking catastrophe has aroused another round of terrorism, in fact Israel's 8th war. However, Israel, the Arabs, the Israeli-Arab relationship, President Bill Clinton and the USA and Barak himself are all in the c3-MOS mental trap set by science#2! However, chances are that Arafat, being last with §2 as we shall see, has to give in to the temptation to simplify it all to keep his power over the masses and the extremists, and will thus end up as the scapegoat for yet another, then unavoidable human catastrophe. In fact Prof. Yaron Ezrahi has indicated the way out scientists#2 see to save their faces: Similarly to the Israeli gaining respect for Egypt's soldiers in the bloody Yom Kippur War of 1983, Israelis might get respect for the Palestinians in a bloody civil war and vice versa, the Palestininas might safe their face after having inflicted serious casualties to the Israelis to agree to the kind of conditions already worked out and to which the situation will have to converge based on history and economic facts. So much for reason#2...yet it raises the question what we really need intellectuals#2 for, when they just play the Devil's advocates... The ignored fact#3 is, §2=the involvement of human systems with one another, not properly based on §1=the freedom for existential self-expression, leads to a winding down escalation. In this case of stubbornness up to another war. And that is what President Bill Clinton wanted#3 to prevent with his Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© in initiating the Camp David meeting with Chairman Jassier Arafat and Prime Minister Ehud Barak. However, well intended that was, if the underlying c3-thinking catastrophe is not overcome among say his support team, the ultimate human catastrophe seems unavoidable and all the participants are aware of it in view of the deadlines since September 13. Yet in their outdated c3-MOS all the players are at a desperate loss as to how to go on from here; and as always the prize is in the blood of mostly c3, %1,5,6 mislead people thus deprived of their §1-lifefulfillment! So much for the response - ability of science#3! This incompetence, will of course, in time degrade all the progress the key players have made in terms of §1=establishing the existential rights of all concerned to express themselves without inhibiting the essential expression of their partners. Anyway most of the key players might soon be gone and the new ones might not even try anymore having been instructed, that any solution orientated approach is not respectable. The fact is, in this c3-world having suffered in a bloody war is the qualification for some degree of dignity. The Maoris in New Zealand achieved that stats, the Australian Aboriginals missed it and the American Indians almost. The Egypt soldiers passed, the Palestinian people might not in this point of view by which animals are no longer considered objects legally... And thus the hawks will begin to sharpen the claws
again, unless the
last stumbling block, the
c3-MOS is turned over and the respective c3-mentality on all sides is
redesigned into the corner stone
for the 21st century with a C3-MOS=mental
operating system
based
process. The new challenge is to redesign human systems into a context of an acknowledgement of what has been Created, what impact human existence and living together has on Creation, and understanding people as individual living Creatures, with a X=creative potential in its own right for lifefulfillment. The above parameterization aims at indicating what that entails and what potential we have to live in synergy or chaos, via lifefulfilling platforms of in social Darwinian competition and Machiavellian wars and as we have seen lately in former Yugoslavia, worse, genocide: In
a c3-world we are what we think and know, Both options are now globally available. Yet events are still going along the out trodden path from the best, towards the worst scenario that happens when §2 is aimed for without due considerations of §1, and results in the Camp David like failures that provoke unilateral §3 actions... Just as post-normal scientist#2 c3-go on without anybody understanding anymore what they are talking about and generals#1 and terrorists go on making war, even if in the end nobody might be there anymore The appeal here is to go on working out long-term relevant, solution-orientated consideration, even if they get less respectable, with or without someone else; WOWSE; for C3/§-quality will prevail as Israel's history has always been proof of!
