In our Ce-culture people are allowed to attempt multiplying their opinions within the unwriten rules of political correctness that basically protects Ce. Thus more of the same or embelishing it is welcome as well as formally getting the same with less personal involvement.

The politically correct way to settle Ce-problems is to make war, not love and this has been perfected in in Christian culture. Machiavelli has tried to cope with this paradox honestly within Ce and was, at some stage, tortured for it...

Ce should not be an awesome structure like Kafkas castle that condems people to be inferior to the collective with its monopoly on using power.

Any culture, the Ce of which does not acknowledge any higher authority than itself, is doomed as we are taught in the Old Testament. Menawhile there is more than enough historical and scientific evidence too.

Up to the point of no return, we may try to revitalize a culture by adding new information to it. Beyond that point, only deregulating Ce with more approprate boundary conditions can safe it from otherwise becoming self-destructive.

There is a point of no return, when people can no longer behave communicate correctly and then they can use aggression under the Geneva convention of how to make war...

	The bottom line of this COPB-approach is revitalization: faced with the apparent lackings of established Ce-mentality, I have thus been challenged trying to opening up the topic of adequately mapping human systems with Applied Personal Science and I started with writting a book about it with my wife.
	Meanwhile, after approaching publishers, human resource and university people, I have come to the conclusion, that their prevailing Ce mentality prevents such contents to get any meaning; it is too much of a challenge to their positions as scribes.
	That is why I approach interested people directly via Internet, where no system wardens censors my content with his 2Ce-fear of loosing his often usurped position.
	Thus beyond the topic of adequately mapping human systems, the topic of mapping the inherent Ce-dynamics and how people can more ore less successfully sublimate their life-fulfillment with it, has become of utmost importance to me.
	Since within Ce I have only one right (which I share with 1/16 of all humans), that to die in getting sucked into its "black hole" quality, finding a way to overcome it, has become my top priority that lead to these sites.
	Since I cannot deregulate you, the annonymous reader of these lines, I can at this stage only HOPE that you get revitalized by the content they convey to the point, where you awake with a path of deregulating and revitalizing Ce according to who you are and that in the end we meet in terms of Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC©.
	The question that always remains, is what do you do when faced with hopeless situation and people and those with no belief in having any obligation to deregulate and revitalize Ce, pharisees, scribes, intellectuals, trend gurus and middle managers. All of them share the common drive to make use of Ce for their otherwise hidden agenda. The path for me to go is to call the bluff and make everybody more aware how naked the empreror in fact is and who her or she really is in terms of his or her obligation towards Ce in order to contribute to life-fulfillment rather than inhibiting it based on a false mentality!
	Hitler promised the 1000 year "Reich", Churchill called for blood, swet and tears in overcoming the Ce-monster Hitler set in motion. Watch post-modern intellectuals, managers and marketing! Have our now dying out forfathers risked their lives to get that monster through the trap-door of high-tech Ce manipulation? I hope not! Is it enough to save private Ryan? No! Those who have eyes to see, see, those whos have ears, hear while there is still time!
	Hitler's way to make his enemies "let all hope go" were concentration camps aiming at breaking them to realizes the hopes of their masters, to prove their inferiority and perish according to social Darwinism. Similary school mentally fragments children into the personally-neutral Ce-denotations to proof the superiority of the Ce-culture over individuals.
	Realizing ones Hope at the cost of the hope of others, living at the cost of the death of other lives is often a necessity, however our spirit aimes at overcoming this otherwise hopeless detriment of human life.
