8Bp/c-determination for harmony: Born in Wetzikon, Switzerland, November 5, 1944, during my nine years of primary and secondary school I read verything possible about possible life experience. During my apprenticeship in electronics at Zellweger Ltd. is Uster (1960-64) I decided, to prepare at the same time for the Federal Matriculation Type C (1961-65) and thus prepared my next step in life. |
| 1965-69 | I then studied physics at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich and obtained my MA with a thesis in solid state physics with Prof. W. Känzig. |
| 1970-79 | Ph.D. at the Australian National University in Canberra in Laboratory Astrophysics (1970-73): Interestingly enough it was about modeling the aerodynamics, under re-entry conditions (Mach 40, 40'00 °C), of doubly ionized argon plasma. Thereby you can no longer just assume the classical gas dynamics (sociology) of in themselves chaotic particles (humans as sociametric units), but it is then the innate qualities (OEGP life-principle) of the excited atoms that determine the overall behavior of the plasma (humanity). After some years in R&D and Management back in Switzerland (Landis&Gyr Ltd., Head of the Cryptology Lab of the Swiss Army Signal Corps) I had to painfully confront my discontent with my relationships through the failure of my first marriage from 1969-76. |

With a new, 5Op-openness for new solutions I began to create Applied Personal Science APS® in 1980 in order to be able to deregulate the established humanism. Meanwhile an application system for modeling human systems consisting of 1728 Open-Ended Generative Principles, OEGPs has been set up, that allows a whole range of lifefulfilling applications. In an analogy to the above mentioned argon plasma, modern society has made its quantum leaps, such as overcoming communism, through individuals, such as Gorbatschov, being true to themselves. Thus humans can bring their innate OEGP-qualities more or less to lifefulfilling success. Postmodernism, however confuses the relevant values and relationships with Social Darwinism and chaos theory in order to be able to still manage humans as soziometric units compatible with the market. In my second marriage I have been privileged, since 1988, to bring light into the otherwise suppressed basic laws and Diane and I have written a book about our experience with emotions. |

With enduring 7Cw-networking, "with or without someone else, WOWSE", I have used my time since 1980, in order to integrate my insights in terms of what is practically to be applied in life, and personally relevant, towards creating a new science about the laws relevant for personal life-fulfillment. The result is an operational system. You and I are human systems and at the same time part of larger ones such as relationships, teams, organizations and the culture we belong to. Are you content with the systems that give meaning to you, starting with your own mind? Where would you like to gain more influence? I asked such questions in order to find better answers than those provided by the politically correct "mental operating system" of the established humanities. In that process the Bible began to make more and more sense and to complement my research! |

On the basis of my 9Pp-OEGP, that does justice to my life substantiality, that it is not just a matter of personally neutral principles such as worked out by Machiavelli in terms of a successful Prince confronted with his subjects and enemies, but do justice to what really matters there are the personally relevant life principals, which promote the life-fulfillment of as many as possible. Because our culture teaches us in only very limited way to deal with basic content-free principles such as I was privileged to do in physics. Most people can at best define themselves basically only negatively and are other-determined beyond that by stories and myth told by and about others: underneath lie the human resources we badly need to relate to for a desirable future. |

It is for this reason that I apply my corresponding 6Ce-social skills with Groupware Technology in order to vitalize the Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© on the basis of APS®; this is the "stargate" through which teams with synergy > 1 can form out of the masses with its mobbing. |
