aha.New Thinking is possible!

For a long time, I Peter assumed that there is something like common sense one can refer to; together with my wife Diane I learnt this to be wishful thinking! The world and its gurus motivate via emotions that can easily be manipulated! Because in many positions process innovation is inhibited, Cash (a Swiss business newspaper), in its first December number of 1998 could get attention with the following catch phrase: "UBS one year after fusion; nothing achieved yet" (only a lot of money earned). However, the path believing in reason has led Peter to the following insights (check aha) into the basics of substantiality, which are anything but politically correct. But after all they come closer to the truth about life-fulfillment and have thus led to a tangible application, modeling politics:

That is why, rather than supporting each other's path in truth towards life-fulfillment, we have all been going along with conditioning each other to accept that we only have a RIGHT to a REWARD when fulfilling our DUTY - the crux lies in the last concept!

Whenever I account for something I give you a chance to open up: In our culture it is not the innate laws of life-fulfillment that are the guidelines, but the RIGHT - REWARD - DUTY (RRD) complex that has become established as politically correct. Whenever you argue, you exclude something...

The humanities concern themselves with the RRD-complex on the basis of philosophy ,which was basically initiated by Plato with his ideal RRD-forms. In our modern age this began seemingly quite harmlessly with Goethe's saying "permitted is what pleases". Later on that became a mere matter of feasibility and today, when everything seems to be within reach of being program controlled, degenerated to an "anything goes" attitude. With that vision everything goes as far as globalization, which will ultimately lead to a genetic reengineering of humanity before the meaning of the substantiality of life has been fully understood.

More and more people suffer from this RRD-simplification of LIFE-FULFILLMENT as a matter of course. And since about 1985, despite a still increasing productivity a general decrease in life quality can be observed. Among others Peter had to realize that in the last few years he was suffering from

Outsourcing is the pay-off of the non-scientific approach of the humanities in its refusal to embed itself into the substantiality of life and getting more and more entangled in its denotational assertions. This approach is becoming more and more exhausted in its attempts to camouflage the increasing Christian basis towards Buddhism with its drive towards nothingness (nirvana). This is nothing but the trivial solution of human suffering; gentle collective suicide! This basic tendency is immanent to the system of philosophy, and by its usurpation of mental operating system".

Ever since the natural science got focussed correspondingly on just improving content-free techniques of re-programming in view of the aspired reengineering of life, it also could no longer provide anything against the tendency towards chaos; after allowing social Darwinism it went along with social chaos theory to allow a further distortion of its basics; thus it is easier to get access to budgets and prestigious positions...

In short, the key problem, without the solution to which more and more tangible problems, such as the environmental and social ones, and the resulting rest risks from technologies simply aimed at displacing its symptoms, get out of hand. In merely reacting to the thus no more manageable symptoms, the system gurus and their scribes just acknowledge in a way of self-fulfilling prophecy that the RRD-complex is not up to dealing with life. And as the icing, the then reframe human life life towards demeaning life, rather than the other way round, reframing our minds to fit the requirements of life-fulfillment, even if there is more than enough evidence that we shall never be able to sustain it: This vicious circle is to be broken today!

The course of this work has shed light into the darkness of the human self-awareness. Doing what was necessary for it, we often felt like Leonardo da Vinci in Padua: He was appalled that the medicine at that time used pigs as its model! Because the investigation of the inside of the human body was forbidden, he dug up dead bodies from the cemetery to investigate them in order to overcome this thinking catastrophe of medieval medicine. In the same way most humans refuse relationships beyond the established RRD-complex as long a 51% majority hasn't established a new trend in a politically correct way as a duty - there are many small and great examples of such betrayed insights, such as the American Dental Association which politically overrun the decision to ban amalgam more than hundred years ago. All these puzzling pieces have now revealed what makes it possible to model the mainstream RRD of living together: You identify the participants and enter the prevailing RRD-cult and then a Windows-program accounts for the laws of life-fulfillment in view of the consequences for those concerned. It depicts it with left-brain denotational words and right-brain pictures. With the parameterization of the RRD-complex, the path is free to support decisions beyond RRD-habits and engage in Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© in order to deregulate inappropriate and outdated RRD-habits, in order to vitalize more appropriate RRD-policies that fit the occasion at the time.

Everything else, specifically the "humanistic" adaptation to the mob in order to manipulate it, has thereby become unscientific, to say the least, and Human Resource Management need no longer be mere seduction and manipulation towards the futile attempt to override life with appearance.

Come with your team and test this claim; do not wait until it is a matter of course for 51%...

After thousands of experiments Edison made his first effective lightbulb, although his "friends" had all advised him to give up. However, when the product was finished at last he had another problem. Interested circles wanted recommendations and references about where these lamps had already been successfully used. However, Edison had something much better and many of them could not cope with the fact that he had the key to lighting up the whole of New York and eventually the whole world! Only after "they" made certain it would not enlighten their mind, did they alow him do it and then cashed in and so, spiritually speaking New York remaind dark...

PS. For every ninth person the following makes common sense, because it is understandable and tolerable to others,

- what is exciting for them about the perceived feeling (F1-innovative hunter and gatherer)
- what they believe in (F2-visionary and designer)
- what thoughts (I think therefor I am) they can put into words (F3-market-oriented distribution)
- what they can point to as being manageable (F4-administrators of the possible)
- what they hope for (F5-optimistic entrepreneur)
- what they can perceive as true and control (F6-realist)
- what is in tune with their conscience (F7-consultants and dreamers)
- what is of tangible value (F8-pragmatist)
- what they feel can sustainably be relied upon (F9-basic seekers).

We all long for the corresponding acknowledgement of our innate desire to be embedded in relationships that allow our unquestioned life-fulfillment. It it therefor a thinking catastrophe and treason to mankind to give up the hope that this creation has that order before we have understood it all! The fact is, our work has proven that this hope is justified. Bad people misuse the corresponding human doubts with personally neutral argumentation and, by using carrots and sticks as well as "divide and rule" manipulate their fellow humans via the attached emotions; with them you remain a content-free mass human, dependent on technology. For good people this seeming stumbling block of others does not not give rise to attempts to manipulate them, they rather give an account of their own stumbling block and make its understanding the corner stone of a trustworthy relationship; good people can personally grow with them beyond the measure otherwise attributed to you by the mass... aha, a new thinking paves a new path!
