This site was designed at the onset of the Kosovo War in March 1999. Goal Nr. 1 of the NATO allies was to change Milosevic's mind with smart bombs after the Rambouillet diplomacy failed in order to succumb him to go along with what he refused with his "free will". That first goal was not achieved after six days of air strike, worth some 500 million $ a day - about half of the amount Switzerland pays a year for caring for refugees seeking asylum in it border.  So the focus shifted on goal Nr. 2, degrading the militatry extension of that mind. The question is to what degree could it have been anticipated what was in store, e.g. in Slobodan Milosevic's mind, say in terms of preparation for ethnical cleansing. On the surface of the media coverage before it enfolded in the now well online documented humanitarian catastrophe was the worry about the quality of the air defense system. On the other hand, after 10 days of increasingly tougher air strikes, we still depend mostly on words about what was accomplished in terms of goal Nr. 2. In that time the USA has sent some 50 million $ of aid for the "ethnically cleansed", Switzerland some 20 million Francs...

What in fact failed once more was the simplified understanding of human systems and in reference to the American Foreign Minister, those who plea are like children pleading to be orphans after they killed their parents as her Serbian counterpart exemplified when he stated: The power alone must win, not the law of power. Thus what is at stake once more under such pleas and claims is the human ability to understand and apply the laws of the underlying life-fulfillment as orientations knowledge towards meaningfully sustainable decisions versus the simplifying application of manipulation know-how up to its globalization. In fact the life principle of Slobodan Milosevic, born 29.8.1941, highlights to whole thinking catastrophe of humanism for which we are going to pay heavily according to the law of unattended effects.

Let us first pay attention to his Op/p/Ce-social interface as it comes into play at social gatherings such as with the Russian Prime-Minister or the representatives with the Vatican or for that matter at the dubious meeting with one of the political leaders of the Kosovo-Albanians, Ibrahim Rugova after the cleansing of most of them. Nobody would suspect to see the "Butcher of the Balkan" in those gatherings, quite the opposite, Milosevic seem to magically integrate his "guests" and make them chirpy like a fly in the spiders net...

Every human system such as the USA-culture, individuals like Bill Clinton, Joschka Fischer and Slobodan Milosevic, have, in their -social interface, pre-, trans- and trap-states in terms of the prevailing judgemental simplifications around the politically correct norm which sooner or later becames the trap as we shall see. This is in the context of H=hard-, S=soft- and P=peopleware in the basic categories of being f=content-free, n=personally neutral and p=personally. Please look at the map of the key players of the Kosovo War and consider what that means:

1. When the politically correct system say in Kosovo is externally saturated at the point of failure, participants are pushed into or escape either to their internal PRE- or TRANS-states: SM=Slobodan Milosevic resorts to his Serbian ideal in an attempt to transcend/defy globalization and at the same time catapults Kosovo, specifically its Albanian into a pre-state as terrorists. BC=Bill Clinton, against his nature, then lead the USA to using the method that precedes diplomacy, bombing. JF=Joschka Fischer, based on his social interface is called to provide a European perspective between those two extremes. The USA lead NATO is determined to bomb Serbia in a pre-state of at least a militarily crippled country - their answer, and that includes the former opposition, so far, hypnotized by Milosevic's subtle mental warfare, are Rock concerts in the heart of Belgrade...

2. When the system has thus become meaningless, e.g. Kosovo ethnically cleansed, and the Serbs caught in their wishful thinking, the PRE-TRANS TRAP snaps the factions into polarization. First it finds such bizarre outlets as a show trial against three ambushed young American soldiers, then it will end up in deadly fights...

3. The resulting struggle ends up in collapsing those concerned into a chaos that in our example spreads into the otherwise globalizing world, followed by a new trend, e.g. to make internal matters matter globally (spread by the masses of uprooted people). That leads to new issues not planned for, but it also enables what was so far suppressed for political correctness, e.g. human right trials. And all of that based on necessities, has to be organized into a new system, with new thinking, that of the survivors...

4. However, any man-made system treats solution-orientated, system opening trans- as an even greater challenge than pre-attempts to disrupt the system say for egoistic purposes such as securing ones position power. And thus deprived of opening agents, the systems closes itself, evoking the resulting self-destructive dynamics 1-3. This and some part of the ambivalent Russian diplomacy at the onset of the war are transcending and system opening approaches, while the usual mass demonstrations are methods preceding the law and order...
