Milosevic 2Bw/V - conceptually embraces his ideal in his verbal deeds of working out Boundary conditions for the personal power he derives from following his ideal of Serbian ethnicity. Please consider that I am translating the 4Ov-OEGP model, which in my understanding does justice to Milosevic's basic human potential and which, just like any of the other 143 possible ones can be lived in a lifefulfilling or wasting way. |

Milosevic relaxes in basically black and white 9Bm/R schemes e.g. whoever is not his subject is his enemy. Since this is a matter of multiplying Boundary basic conditions, it is only a short step towards genocide. Thus internal matters such as which path somebody like Milosevic (one out of 144) chose matter, especially in an age where thinking catastrophes are globalized more easily than genuine solutions... |

In his 7Pp/L - insatiable ambition, Milosevic is predispositioned to attempting to convince others of his solution of preparing, say a peace Process, almost at any price, for he cannot stop clinging to his ideals at this stage. In fact he successfully managed to hook the Russians in their fear of globalization. |

Moreover, the very 4Op/p essence of his ability to integrate things his way is at stake! Thus bombs cannot change his mind; nothing but reengineering or better, a redesign of his ideal can! Thus we need smart people to plant smart "mental bombs" to get him out of his thinking catastrophe of clinging to a closing system. Globalization cannot be the answer unless you want to dissolve the mind of people in the rest world altogether! Are the minds that deploy bombs now, that smart to get this? |
The fact that bombs get smarter and people fragment life more and globalize the resulting thinking catastrophes, points to a dangerously one-sided development of humanity. Based on past history, neither attacks, disruption, degradation, devastation, destruction, torture nor bombs can change minds. A simplifying Swiss General, Mabaillard, put it this way: "It does not matter whether you die from a bullet or an atom bomb." The fact is, the usage of bombs indicates the lack of a common basis necessary to settle matters in politically correct ways.

In his first announcement after the 1st night of bombing, Milosevic congratulated his airforce people for their heroic worrying, thus giving meaning to his own 7Pa/w-values compared to which, in his mind, the stings of NATO bombs are still insignificant ! Similarly you, the reader might still consider my abbreviations more of a nuisance than a help - if your mind is not up-to-date yet - and then you will come up against the same experience as Milosevic when your life-fulfillment is at stake! |

The key question: What is required to make him revert, can actually be answered with 7Om/M resulting from his 4Op-OEGP-model: It is by giving him an opportunity, to position his advice (7) about how to get the M=maximum from multiplying some suitable O=object management. Thus as long as the trade blockade keeps his country from being productive, he and through his persuasive power most of his people, would rather die of worrying about how to survive, than give up! Why? |

Milosevic's next stage in his model-OEGP is 1Re/v, e.g. an innovative (1) way to patiently establish Boundary conditions to cope with the unavoidable v=confusion of letting go his initial illusion. If offered nothing else, this could be self-determined collective suicide through going on with internal suppression to side-track from his own, thus unavoidable degradation - say according to the motto with a rich tradition, that it is better to die heroically for one's own ideal than get dissolved in a globalized world... |
Closed-system minds like those of Saddam Hussein, Milosevic and Yelzin are obviously afraid that no mind can contain better what is required for them to keep their positions than what they can do with their conventional, fear-driven methods, as inadequate as they have proved to be:

Along the path of desperation, chances are that Milosevic will use his 8Pm/c ability to misuse the common threat to propagate reconciliation among the different factions among the Serbs to unite them against the external challenge of his vision of a Great Serbian Republic. We all know what a dependent mob in the name of necessity (8) means, dead and uprooted people who displace the underlying problem, ethnical hatred all over Europe and thus multiply the Process of clinging to what is tangible, dead-end technology, rather than overcoming it investing in understanding. |

When it comes to the worst, Milosevic will use his 6Oa/A intuition to get sympathy for the losses his country is to suffer in the war and this could revitalize anti-American feelings simmering under the surface of frustration about the undealt with problems of globalization and the New World order that aim at containing the rest- world which isn't able to make it in the "free" market. |

Deep down under all the atrocities for which Milosevic is undoubtedly responsible he has a 3Pe/F feeling that can relate to self centered insights and that attracts people who seek orientation. It also allows him to put forth his interests time and again and get his Process established at the cost of the substance of his people. Remember, Fidel Castro, Saddam Hussein are among the longest "serving" statesmen in the world, surviving all their enemies and still making history... |

Milosevic rules in his position of 7Oe/h by establishing the Objectives by convincing (7) his subjects from his superior point of awareness about whatever serves his position, dictator-like. Obviously the above four phases could just as well be meaningfully lifefulfilling if a genuine redesign could take place under 7Om/M. However, that would transcend the global trend; so you see, there is still room for sympathy even with Milosevic the "Butcher of the Balkans" from people who feel at odds with the trend... |
I agree with President Clinton that inaction has graver consequences than action and that is not only in view of the bloody WW I and II experience. His approach, however, has to be seen as a further step in his campaign to "end the policy of personal destruction". It was introduced with "Zippergate", which made him a victim of PPD. What we witness now in the attempt to try to change Milosevic's mind with smart bombs, is, a provocation to come up with an exit strategy for the basic paradox of the now ending age. Without it, everything can end up once more as a hoax and another global human catastrophe for which the Balkan as a source has a bloody history. It could proceed, very much along the line President Yeltzin is afraid of in his other-determined, self-fulfilling one-track mind:

In working out Communication, Milosevic uses 9Cw/D thinking and to regain the overview (9) he knows how to retreat from the above indicated consequences of thinking catastrophes and lets his enemy take the pain. In that sense he is full of surprises and given his personal trait, very dangerous and in the usual sense, without a conscience to which one could appeal. Thus political correctness simply plays into his blooddripping hands! |

When Milosevic seems at inner peace one should not mistake him in his 5Cm/m state in which he is finding an entrepreneurial way (5) way to multiply the Communication about the minimal requirements to sustain his position and that even in opposition to an otherwise globalizing world! In fact he is about to become the crystallization point of a the unavoidable anti-thesis to globalization, to which not bombs but Applied Personal Science provides a meaningful synthesis. |

Believe it or not, Milosevic has the potential to end up appearing tolerant after having exposed the shadows of his enemies rather than his own. With his 5Ce/u ability to undertake (5) whatever is required to talk himself out of agreements which others perceive as established Communication, he is leading any Ce-based common sense ad absurdum. In fact this approach died on February 7, 1999 and whoever understands this too late, will be punished by life... |

As I have demonstrated above, sophisticated strikes with smart bombs can at best be the precursor to changing minds like that of Milosevic. The main requirement is smart, OEGP-thinking and that is lacking in all quarters because of the inadequacy of the mental operating systems installed in most people's heads. Where are all the smart intellectuals and trend-speaker, that live like maggots in the bacon of university and public mobs when faced with real problems? In fact the threat Nr. 1, inadequate mental operating systems, meets most systems wardens utterly unprepared! In the cases of Saddam Hussein, Pinochet and Milosevic the world of politics begins to acknowledge that internal matters matter. That needs coherent consideration and points to the conclusion that it all starts with thinking catastrophes in single heads! Thus lies, undue simplification and generalization even of simple people such as an Austrian painter matter: They can lead to genocide via mobbing; the best description of which is still Jesus' trial. So let us follow up Bill Clinton's desperate call to end the underlying policy of personal destruction, which as he suspects very few people understand yet in its full significance!
