Based on having to transcend the closed system of postmodernism with Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© to prevent its inherent self-destructiveness when it collapses to its 8CmeBwe core, Clinton has to find a way to set himself above Milosevic's ambivalent striving for subjective freedom. In fact clinton's administration democratically clarified the procedure within NATO to reduce Milosevic's power base, while the Russians are trying the impossible, to find a consensus within the postmodern system, while they are impotent to transcend it themselves. In that sense the Kosovo scenario is a model case about how to deal with post-normality, hopefully before it collapses: Only if those who have the will and the resources to transcend the postmodern pre-trans trap and open up the full life-fulfilling potential, will those people stuck in it be able to let go. The German Foreign Minister Fischer got to the point when he said: People in the Balkans will not drop their knives unless they are offered a perspective:

In fact they tried multiculturalism and it failed shamefully in Bosnia and now Milosevic has tried post-modernism and it has led to genocide and collective suicide. At the same time "our" intellectuals remain speechless in face of the atrocities commited as part of the implementation of their philosophies in real life. Similarly C.G. Jung remained speechless over the Nazi atrocities after he had participated in committees that discussed the "ethical" considerations of the extermination of "unworthy" lives, e.g. those who did not want to, or could not go along with the collective archetypes at the time...

In short, those who can personally relate to the core of human culture, such as Bill Clinton and I, have a special responsibility to transcend closed systems with Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© in view of those, like Slobodan Milosevic, who can only amplify the stupidity of closed systems by saturating them with their personal power! In WW I+II humanity had to learn the hard way and at the end of this barbarous century we are put to the test, whether we are ready for the next step or whether we shall have to endure an "evolutionary" re-run...

We have known that throughout history but the intellectuals of all ages went on with their only politically correct simplifications by which we can blame parents, savage music, the ease of acquiring dead-end technology and the chemistry of cruelty, cliques and mobbing among human with postnormally simplified minds. For those boys re-enacting WW II was simply a cool way to stay alive by being different and crazy to get attention; no big deal in a society with an "anything goes" mentality in which you cannot expect to find less lies, rumors and intrigues in school yards than in Washington as we can share it worldwide on CNN, more and more online! From there kids learn that who are the best as spreading rumors and lies end up jocks and cheerleaders. In the old days criminals had to kill small animals and participate in orgies, today there is ample virtual reality to shrink your conscience.

And he does that in order to be able to remain in his non-committal, post-modern mindset, misusing tradition (ethnicity, religion, nationalism) as a means to this end of twisting facts to his liking in order to make virtual reality dominate the truthful perception of reality. Of course this inhibits understanding of the underlying laws which cannot be manipulated with black art; and that is why people, who have eyes to see and ears to hear tend to be outsourced and eventually extinguished by such misled monsters in order to save their easy- going post-normal mind set! The threat to life-fulfilment is of course a temptation for those concerned to wage a preventive strike against them, which makes inhuman philosophies win in a vicious circle! However, with Applied Personal Science APS® people's minds can be redesigned to go beyond post-modernism and adequately encompass tradition, as well as modernism and hedonism. This integrating synthesis is the only lifefulfilling alternative to evil Social Darwinism. Consider this: Brain washing, e.g. redundancy reduction and properly lifefulfilling categories and meaning giving, is preferable to brain spilling and any presumed third way  is a purely virtual speeding up of the transition from such thinking catastrophes towards life-threatening symptoms that provoke irreversible actions! A spilled brain cannot be put together again and it is pretty hard to prevent a fragmented and fragmenting (divide in order to rule) software from spilling lives, let alone making life-fulfilling use of it. However, a clean one can be polluted again if you please! But of course a post-modern mind is more afraid of reframing itself than of the real threats to life-fulfillment and that key problem has to be lead to a proper solution; any post-normal procrastination leads to more paradigmatic outsourcing and ethnic cleansing, murders, suicides, drug misuse, environmental pollution, bombs and genocide in short, inhibition of life-fulfillment...

Just become aware of Milosevic's procrastination in giving in to what he must have known all the time, and recognize  the real cost in lives, spending for bombing, degrading the region's economy etc. that meant per day, just because of one post-normally affected mind and that even after our experience with Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Idi Amin, Pol Pot and all the economic imperativs stressing people etc. Thus we spend more on adapting to what is sick than allowing what is alive, to fulfill its essence! That fact simply means that there is something deeply wrong with the prevailing mental operating system and only Applied Personal Science APS® of all the sciences so far allows us to get specific about this in terms of conceptualizing its healing!
