The content-free Science#1

Science#1 via technology it makes possible provides the infra structure for a free market and the man-made products and services it offers: The underlying order in nature-the laws of physics-are simply accepted as given, as brute facts. Nobody assigns any content to them and asks where they come from. Of course, modern science#1 did not spring as ready-made into the minds of founders, Galileo Galilee and Newton et. al. such as does post-normal science#2 into every normal child: They were strongly influenced by two longstanding traditions that pervaded European thought. The first was Greek philosophy; most ancient cultures were aware that the universe is not completely chaotic and capricious : there is a definite order in nature . The Greeks believed that this order could be understood, at least in part, by the application of human reasoning . They maintained that physical existence was not absurd, but rational and logical, and therefore in principle intelligible to us. They discovered that some physical processes had a hidden mathematical basis, and they sought to build a model of reality based on turning everything into quantity with numbers and their arithmetical and geometrical principles; they saw their science as a means of uncovering traces of God's handiwork in the universe.

Similarly each living system has an i=input to satisfy its need, an s=internal state that for a human boils down to what is called "I", the expression of identity, and an o=output, which need not be considered in terms of an interface for a lifefulfilling platform ; your output is your responsibility! However, to assume that responsibility, the content-free is-basis of lifefulfillment  is what we need to investigate here. On a lower level say on that of an army, the corresponding, are the physical and the s, the emotional requirements of its soldiers for them to perform their duty. On the most fundamental human level of taking responsibility in one's is-point view, the MEST-aspirations needs to be considered in the two is-dimensions and what we generally make out of the 16 possible combinations in terms of c3/C3 purity, C3-sincerity, c3-confidence and expressive simplicity:

B=Boundary conditions to allow comfort zones to cope with the !X=fear to become other-determined and an unfulfilled death in it
P=Processes and the responsibility in terms of convergence towards lifefulfillment
O=Objective and Object management in terms of serving lifefulfillment
C=Communication about the remaining risks and the success and failure in coping with life to open up for synergy

To allow individual conscience, each of the basic BPOC human focus are aspired in the four  rwme phases:

r=getting ready to honestly relate to the aspiration of the respective BPOC-focus
w=working out, possibly with others what has thus been prepared as an option to be aspired
m=multiplying and dissemination what has been worked out
e=establishing what has a successfully record of multiplication and dissemination

1. Consider the matter you get i-access to in its relationship to the matter you are s-interested; this give rise to Cm=communication worthwile to be multiplied, for if you do not, you have a problem! This the means that you have the §1 Cm-right and the §2 Cm-duty  to do it truthfully both about the objective facts you have i-access to as well as to your s-inner response-ability to cope with it. I hope you understand that this is far more specific than merely claiming the human right for the freedom of speech. It is the difference between a Roma aqueduct and a modern hydro electrical power station!
2. Having thus related to other people's Cm about the same matter they have i-access  to , which we try to encapsulate with the corresponding words, the s-personal inner energy , e.g. intention to do something about it, is mobilizes which give rise to Bw=working out boundary conditions to make the problem objective, so it can be handled in a shared effort.
3. With that denotational, e.g. open for others within the Bw-limits set, the exhibit can get its s-inner space for conscience  in people. Then they may decide to Oe=establish and objective about it, ideally to solve the problem. Assume you have a headache; the result at this stage might be, that the doctor ask you for permission to remove a tumor in your head; or take a women who feel weird, the result of her Cm and the doctor Bw it, the Oe-obligation to get ready for a pregnancy.
4. The thus provoked decision about the priority has Pr=made those concerned ready to confront the process thus set in motion in the s-inner time frame . This of course provokes the temporal laws concerned; if you jump out of the window, the law of gravity takes over whatever postmodernism mumbo-jumbo about laws of nature being a social convention !
5. Now the time has come to i-accept   the greater energy  involved than one's own, on can s-give meaning  to it and then Ce=establish the communication about that just as is done with the marriage ceremony after having fallen in love and gotten ready to Pr what that involves.
6. Now the external energy of say the evoked trend can meet the s-internal aspiration of those concerned to ride the trend in their way. We all know that is where the risks and the accidents in not coping are. This makes concerned people get Br=boundary conditions ready to regulate the interaction between the collective and the individual riding its trend; moral, schools, tribal structures up to international organizations are born...
7. Now there seems to be a safe space for s-inner making up one's mind  about how to participate in the then possible Om=multiplication of the respective objective that leads to a corresponding dissemination of objects; economy is born; if we stop here, the economic imperative rules globally and we have an c3-man-made New World Order!
8. The laws of nature/ecology, psychology/sociology / politics and lifefulfillment can be worked out on the job with science#1,2,3. In the end, the Pw=working out of the real process, history and the degree of fulfillment, depends on the s-meaning people give in their consciousness to the underlying laws in their decision making. In terms of the green house effect, environmental and human catastrophes or peace, prosperity and lifefulfillment, the discrepancy between the orientation knowledge available and the meaning actually give shows up...
9. We are now in the i-awareness space  where the whole range of option of the past 2000 years of history comes to a conclusion in a s-matter of a lifetime  in more and more people. The result is a speedy Pm=multiplication of the processes that matter on a personally relevant level leaving less and less space for *3 +2/-4   hedonistically cannibalizing the substantiality with a headless, content-free hedonistic approach, and to project the consequences onto the collective or on some scapegoat such as the rest world or mob those who do no longer fit in the   %1,5,6 pre-trans-trap that gets increasingly narrower.  I hope you realize that the understanding of all of the above is vital now for you to get the bend rather than crashing in a corner stone since you give it the meaning as a stumbling block as a pretext to regain some outdated stage to contribute to some no longer relevant power game...
10. This brings us to the end of politics, since the Ow=objectives worked out by more and more people are no longer congruent with those Om=multiplied by politics, the media and the market; at least when people keep a s-sense of integrity in using their life energy. Postmodernist notice: If you preach "anything goes" you finish politics off without any alternative but chaos. Interestingly enough in his first days as US-President, George W. Bush tried to evoke a New Order out of the chaos in American politics. Those with lacking integrity or as Bush puts it in his inauguration speech, with "bad faith " are sawing on the branch they sit on and we can only hope that this will not destroy the whole tree where the rest of humanity sits on. Did you know that monkeys unlike humanity have mastered this problem? Experiments show that they actually enhance the sustainability of the plants they live on just as a gardener does it with roses...
11. We are now in a time, where to sustainable Re=boundary, e.g. the s-innate laws  to govern human behavior in the quest for lifefulfillment are to be established in science#3 as indicated here. We simply can no longer afford to live on a mislead science#2's thinking catastrophes! With today's available technology, Re has no other desirable purpose than to indicate what it takes to make lifefulfilling platforms rather than to protect blackart and its c3>Cm>% system wardens !
    Whoever realizes that to late, will be punished by the thus inhibited lifefulfillment! ...
12. That makes it mandatory to Cr=prepare the communication about the s-laws of lifefulfillment  that indicate the corresponding option those participating on a lifefulfilling platform actual have, so that a corresponding interface can be designed. In fact US-President George W. Bush is probably the first human being known to most alive now, who has made available what it takes to make just that in an exemplary way as presented on this site. And that, after the 1st week of his presidency! Compare that to all the arrogant and high paid managers: At the same time the SAir-Group CO, Eric Honegger fired his CEO with a fuzzy, content-free "new strategy". His father, former Swiss Federal Counselor Honegger, then CO of the 2nd biggest Life Insurance company in Europe, "Swiss Life" confronted with a 100 man-years wasted, just took the Cr-response-ability for comparing it to the statistic of his, in terms of money, huge empire; 100 man-years are within the statistics, he said, just as were the more than seven million civilians killed in all the wars of the year 2000 and the mobbing cost that among others in Switzerland is now exceeding the cost for defense. You see some provide constructive, and others negative examples to enhance the necessary Cr-response-ability...
13. Now "we see through glass darkly", but when the personally relevant laws of lifefulfillment are i-understood  by a critical number of decision makers, Pe=processes can be established with Businesss Constitutions that lead to lifefulfilling platform in a viable way, in this world.
14. The the real s-human resources  can be channeled to Or=preparing objectives and with it projects, that make sure, with appropriate Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© enhancing peopleware, that sets the application of the software on the now emerging hardware platforms, that solve more problem than they cause; e.g. for sustainable qualitative growth towards the lifefulfillment of as many as possible.    
15. The all the wonderful multi-media, Internet and networking technology to Bm=disseminate boundary conditions, can be used to s-disseminate science#3 up to the point of updating c3-MOS mental operating systems. And with that project, that is as pressing as the Manhattan Project in World War II, President George W. Bush could really enter history as an "Education President". Otherwise his chances are not better than those of Hillary Clinton, now a US-Senator, with her Health Scheme in Clinton's 1st presidency; it will be c3>Cm>% torn to piecemeat! ...
16. Last but not least, that which in the "Preliminary Remarks" we started with, the Cw=working out of the corresponding communication has to reach beyond what numbers and denotational words can convey; and that is why I began, in 1980 creating Applied Personal Science APS® that fulfills the requirements set out in the next lesson here for a science#3 .

If you work with the above 16 theses and put them in your personal context, you are actually involved with a lifefulfilling platform; still content-free though, but more than enough to be used in a workshop for various purposes. It is lifefulfilling because it is, on its level, all encompassing thus giving each participant the same chance to participate in a lifefulfilling way beyond personally -neutral idologies, opinions, peer pressure and mobbing... .

These are the 16 basic claims of science#3 that allow:     

1. using the above 16 BPOCrwme-dimensions of lifefulfillment in their vector-character for parameterization of the
2. corresponding 144 is-possibilities for lifefulfillment principles which we shall look into under science#3 :
3. with their 16 states of being in the   personal-neutral context  doing justice to the laws of lifefulfillment
4. as well as its emotional enhancement and distortions.

Thus a MOS=mental operating system develops as follows:

1. on the %6-projected basis of a  0?=Mythos and the collective archetypes of the relevant culture,
2. in relation to %1=political correctness, childishly imitating,  clinging to the *3=ego, reptilian like, using trial and error, seeking c3-power
3. towards more +2=lust and away from -4=pain, comperable to a flock of mammals
4. but then humans learnt to c3-%5=manipulate beyond the animal kingdom and to 
5. %6=project it onto the collective, which lead to F4=manageable organizations capable of learning as we know it. In it you can now
6. getting things under your control using  c3-Know-how  
7. command others via language and, 
8. with communication point to guilt, claim preventative interventions, justify yourself, describe your achievements and what you know, spontaneously or reactively to necessities etc.

This leads to 6 primitive MOS, permutations of +2 <*3> -4  an additional 114 c3-MOS that include %1, %5, %6  that collapse to the - +2 <%1>%6 spirit of the time and an additional 600 C3-MOS that include §1,§2,§3,§0. This is just supposed to indicate where we are going - far beyond philosophy - sociology - psychology  towards the basics for lifefulfilling platforms, not towards a c3-rhetoric to %6-accommodate people with the ever faster changing %5-trend of the %1-main stream.....

So please be prepared, from now, even when we refer to the US-President Bush, our lessons will have personally relevant implications for any reader and participant in aspiring the highest office!
