The "Tell me More" story...

A typical follow-up to the "Tell me More" approach based on having been referred to what is available   goes like this:

• Thank you for your quick response to my query. I had actually already viewed your web site before I asked you to tell me more about your concept. While your ideas appear interesting, I would suggest you spend some additional time to focus on your presentation of them.
  

• There are too many underlines and bolds and acronyms for a simpleton like myself to navigate. Perhaps a statement of purpose devoid of highlighted text and unfamiliar phrases would allow a laymen to understand what it is you are trying to do.
  .

• By the way, I hold a Ph.D. in Divinity, but felt it inappropriate and irrelevant to mention in light of the work I am now doing. Good luck with your future efforts.

What is divine about “tell me more” about what one just viewed - whether it is appealing, say as a Golden Calf?

To simpletons, the concepts of platonian “ideals” and where they are not yet attainable and made sacred in denotations, good luck to get them appears far more appealing than the approach taken here based on a path (process) and the truth experienced in going it, based on the truth that this is the precondition for live-fulfillment: It is amazing how

• the still prevailing platonian mental operating system allows most people to obscure this omnipresent basic truth about life!

• peer pressure enforces its generalizing displacement  by some kind of group or time spirits such as myth, paradigm, dogmas, ideologies and trends 

• opinions arise from simplifications

• justifications claim scientific considerations in philosophy, theology, politcs, the media and in business meetings

• not just life time  of those concerned, but in scapegoating and mobbing up to genocide and destroying the living space earth, actually innumerous lives are thus wasted - increasing the cash flow of telephone, internet and oil companies, polluting minds and the air... 

I suggest considering meaningfull innovatioins and the and then respond in a more personal manner! The question is not what you hold, but who you are and what you are here and stand for. I hope your are still up for this challenge and not encapsulated in an outdated mental operating system. Emotionally speaking 1/8 of the population tries to cope in the prevailing mentality in a Social Darwinian sense either

• simply survive its flaws,

• secure its values,

• derive hope from what it can achieve, 

• top others by master it,

• herd people up to use its possibilities

• correct people for being not politically correct about it

• impress the crowd with its yet unrealized potential - which of course is increasingly global and destructive - and

• network it all in an overview, say in the internet 

thus avoiding its basic self-destructive cause...

That of course entails a critique of everything that could lead to transcending the flaws in the prevailing mentality such as

• abbreviations for concepts that are not yet denotationally polluted or not existent,

• highlighted text to signify meaning and importance rather than inviting everybody's opinion and of course using

• unfamiliar phrases which when the keywords would be replaced by more mundane ones would be perfectly understood - abbreviations are used at the stock exchange, in programming etc.

Why should understanding what is at the base of everything we intellectually pretend to understand, including "God", ourselves deserve the simplest approach and otherwise is simply prompted with useless arguments? Because we care so little for understanding and the giving in to the resulting orientation knowledge and prefer to simply use the vast und rapidly increasing manipulation know-how and that, in consequence to c3-replace life rather than C3-fulfill it! 

In this c3-mentality it is much easier to get agreement on destructive actions such as leading a war, or cannibalizing the virgin forest, smoking one's lung, floating ones guts with alcohol etc.  than on lifefulfilling ones - say curing the plague with hygiene as was put forth as a  possibility a full century before the thus, based on available insights, unnecessary plague could be overcome "politically correct" in Europe!
