Interestingly enough it was Mikhail Gorbachev (p=4Be/with v on 1Op) who in his Hf-confusion at the alarming deconstruction of the Soviet Union introduced the necessity of  relating to the sadness of a future without Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC©. In the meantime everything is back to "normal" and Gorbachev founded  the Green Cross in 1993. Similarly the high flying hopes raised by the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro and Agenda 21 have been grounded in the meantime: TEPOC in view of a sustainable future by cultivating harmonious relationships between humans and a greater respect and care for Earth's community of life in all its diversity is not yet politically correct. And thus 1998 was proclaimed by Arthur Anderson of CNN as the year we fell short of our potential, since the accursers looked less credible than the accussed, which leads to a procrastination of the necessary deregulation and which blocks the desirable revitalization of say the economy...However,

In a world where working improves survival, people connect thinking with doing things better and are prepared to learn when they can see some kind of proof for a better solution to their confusion. For KMarx and his fellow communists it was obvious, following this politically correct norm meant a historical imperative and victory for whoever follows it - in this simplification they just ignored the idea that politically correct deregulation of one's enemy leads to one's own deconstruction; a stronger imperative...

In overcoming fear, that categories of "true" and "false" in terms of achievable success are less important than having the right word at the right time to the right person, e.g. rhetoric used  up to the postmodern pseudo-fearless point where  anything goes so long as it is to my advantage. The relevant question is no longer about  what do we survive with and if it is not available, how  we make it, but rather, by what means I make sure I get the biggest piece of the pie in the deal. Having survived nature and its beasts, however, this turns man into his own worst enemy and that demands a strategy to protect man form himself and his otherwise suppressed fears. Also, it is a matter of protecting nameless scapegoats and people like Princess Diana, Monica Lewinsky and for that matter Bill Clinton and Hilary Clinton as symbols of global trading, from news and power greedy mobs and fame seekers such as Kenneth Starr. The answer of the Roman Empire, "bread and circus" was overcome by the New Testament......

Taking people's attention away from real science and turning them towards low level, generalizing and statistical "science" and manipulation like politics, economics and sociology and immersing them in the resulting "real life" in terms of having to struggle for position power in Ce shapes their minds for the new power, law and order up to mass manipulation (Adolf Hitler, Marx, Wladimir I. Lenin, Joseph Stalin). Thus replacing C3 with man-made "common goods", means that mobs up to a misguided mankind, become the worst enemy of man. And that occurs after we have learnt how to protected ourselves from nature by using technology and from misguided fellow men by applying the law...

Obviously 9 out of 9 people need to be able to deregulate sadness to restore Hf, the freedom to handle his or her innate hardware, the body if they want to be health or getting healed. That is what you do when rising from the dentist's chair. Similarly for 8 out of 9 people, Hn is a precondition to get to their defocusing level of letting tools and systems do their work. Further,  5 out of 9 require HfnpSfn which brings us to the cliff of where Ce-based majority decisions are still possible.

- Similarly Hf-identifications are left to the stronger or physics,
- Hfn to the faster or money,
- Hfnp relates to the law that guarantees physical integrity and personal possession and
- HfnpSf to qualified, usually 2/3 majorities such as required to impeach a President.

So at this critical junction it becomes clear that progress cannot just depend on evolutionary deregulation as the prevailing operating system based on denotational philosophy suggests. In fact, simplifying Social Darwinism such as the partisan attempt of the Republican to get rid of President Clinton in 1999 has to be deregulated in such a way that a (re)vitalization of values can take place so that a higher order to deregulate majority based deregulation becomes viable!

A society that fails to do so, going along with the Ce-intellectuals, is bound to become a self-destructive mob living of the work of others. Typically they fuss about Sf-ways to settle conflicts, establish justice and decency and by insisting on expressing it all in the Ce-terms of the encompassing group, throw out the baby with the bathwater!

In fact they still get away with presenting themselves as the solution for the problem they are if they aim for position power in their one-track Ce-based mentality; that must no longer be so if we want to end the ruling policy of personal destruction! It so happens, that the author as a person, concludes the 5Op deregulating cycle with a L=solution, Applied Personal Science APS®. However, this approach is just slightly beneath the majority - it is only politically correct up to being able to establish the Sn-problem in the living space (h) - just the same thing was done at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro and Agenda 21!

Do you wonder why WLenin, JStalin and FCastro made their desperate blunder to get away from KMarx and AHitler's intellectual self-destructiveness? It gives rise to hope that 5 out of 7 members of the 1999-government of Switzerland (ML, AO, PC, FC, KV) have a "non politically correct" mind in tune with the CH-mentality  and so does Bill Clinton and for that matter Al Gore. However, the crux of the matter is that the leading world US-mentality is heavily based on the now outdated mind-set. Do you wonder why CH-Switzerland, one of the few countries (apart from Sadam Hussein's!) which does not quite fit into the New World Order, came under attack from the US in 1998, or, looking at Hilary Clinton's 5Sn-D potential, why hundreds of Washington's politicians tried to render the Clinton team ineffective through sixty thousand pages written by lawyers and scribes with a now outdated mind-set as the pretext to get rid of him and all this as triggered by MLewinsky's excuses and rationalized by KStarr? The German D-mentality has always maximally deregulated the world with Hf-news...

In psychohistoric terms, this story is too good to just be treated as an accidental news event...

It is obvious that both KStarr and BClinton, e.g. 4/9 of mankind are put down for their Sp in going beyond the majority, yet for different reasons, and from different camps. You can bet AGore will get into the firing line as well should he become the next President. In Switzerland, Mr. Blocher is exercising the whole range of HfnpSfnpPnpf as self-appointed opposition leader against joining the traditional HfnpSf-EU power structure of the newly emerging Europe. The deregulative positions of those who run the UBS (president Alex Krauer who replaced Mathis Cabiallavetta and CEO Marcel Ospel) indicates where the economy is heading to in deregulating peopleware globally in its confusion (AKr) and outdated values (MO), often driving out the c3-devil with Ce-beelzebub's concepts....

At this critical juncture the question is whether the implementation of man-made concepts, IMMC, reduce people to being its victims and slaves or whether they manage to stay on top and make lifefulfilling use of new c3-capabilities such as mass production and information technology.

Now overcoming has to become more than mutual annoyance, mere self-examination, entertainment, getting into illusions or over-sensitive reactions. It should lead to some more essential openness of will and intelligence and not just a feeling for what is overcome, which later on, like a rubber band backfires into emotions. So what allows you to be genuinely concerned for the consequences of what you do without getting submerged in its virtuality, unself-conscious, Ce-subjugated?

In conclusion, we are always left with having to deregulate some unsatisfactory peopleware and doing it in view of revitalizing Ce is what lifefulfillment is all about. People are not perfect, they are more, the potential to perfect Ce. And that is the challenging onset to redesigning Human Resource Managment!
