Chaos theory doesn’t say a given "entity" is chaotic, only that a given representation of the entity is chaotic. If a given system, such as you yourself, is known not to be chaotic, then we have, under the above IMMC-laws an obligation to change our choice of variables to do justice to its basic quality! Going along with that demand is the difference between APS® and the so-called humanities based on the wishful thinking of philosophy.

Generalizations and the corresponding Ce-position power are only possible when we have quite abandoned the attempt to find the cause for it in the will of one man, and insist that the same model should apply both to individuals and to society. We all know inside ourselves and based on history that the underlying assumption is a lie and that lies beget more lies in attempting to sustain them and that eventually the whole Ce-edifice will collapse in one way or another as every man-made closed system will, in accordance with the 2nd law of thermodynamics. Thus adhering to the idea of psychohistory in its c3-interpretation gives meaning to outsourcing humans either as the consequence of the underlying thinking catastrophe or by reengineering, after giving up all hope of a better solution from man. That is the conclusion Asimov came up with when he made robots transcend their innate three laws of robotics in favour of the fourth one and from then on began to take responsibility for mankind. This is reflected in his SSS-approach to C3 declining in the above model. In this fiction man-made "creatures", robots outsourced fallible man and reengineered humanity by subtly manipulating humans as if God were dead, as Nietzsche wrongly claimed. However, it is obvious to me with my SPS-approach, that God our Creator has another path, that through Jesus Christ, and another truth, that we are his Creatures in his image, rather than the product of random evolutionary choice, and are intended for another life rather than being outsourced; namely eternal union with him, or damnation away from him.

Treating people as numbers in the Old Testament, as a ruler, David ( 2SA 24:10) or as a foreign empire Rome ( LUK 2:1) did always meant decline! And what do we have today, and why? The fact is, here lies the basic answer for people interested in psychohistory projects, the conclusion of which can only be to make an effort at least comparable to the Manhattan Project, to redesign the policy of personal destruction as demanded by Bill Clinton before his impeachment trial. We need more than psychodynamic therapy offering people a Ce-understanding of what motivates their behavior and what types of things trigger their feelings. Following the path set out by God means not just focusing on predicting and shaping the future trend in a personally neutral way based on how populations will react; it requires a personal trend- and content-free understanding of what life-fulfillment means. And not just intellectually, but in accountable terms of H=hard-, S=soft- and P=peopleware, and giving lifefulfilling meaning to them with Applied Personal Science APS®.

The alternative is the paradoxical claim, that chaos on an individual level must be considered (theory x) to substantiate, back up subjugate individuals to the Ce-dynamics of what we know to be a policy of personal destruction. This disagrees with the historic facts that all progress was prepared in one head, worked by a critical number of dedicated individuals, and multiplied by trend riders until the established Communication took over and that in itslef always marked the end of the life-cycle of any man-made product or system. If you look at wars and revolutions in history this is what happens in c3-terms:

	The striving of any man-made system to perpetuate itself is the beginning of its end (violating §2) because it suggests the
	Survival of the fittest (violating §1) - who, after enough short-tem success become so out of touch through earning a living and actual work that they can no longer keep their positions of power because the hungry outnumber them, and eventually appropriate their assets (violating §3), marginally increasing the living standards of the masses. i.e. Ancient Rome, the French and American Revolutions. The masses then become the fitter until a hierarchy of power establishes itself based on Survival of the fittest (violating §1) - who, after enough short-tem success become so out of touch through earning a living and actual work that they can no longer keep their positions of power because the hungry outnumber them, and eventually appropriate their assets (violating §3), marginally increasing the living standards of the masses. i.e. Ancient Rome, the French and American Revolutions. The masses then become the fitter until a hierarchy of power establishes itself based on "four legs good, two legs bad" mobbing and is overthrown again in a downward spiral with a globalizing tendency (violating §0).
	The (chaotic) emotions of world leaders seem the main reasons for their actions. What makes them declare war, surrender, or even live in peace is a combination of fear and greed in view of the Ce-trend; its first scapegoat is the truth...
	Such man-made power corrupts. However, we all have the potential to transcend it by being honest about it, repent it and open ourselves up for the inner voice (A) that reminds to heal our C3-relationships. Even Asimov had to use that fact to allow for a process by which Zeroth Law Robots could subtly manipulate key people in key moments. Gorbatchev brought it to the point when he warned stubborn East German Eric Honnecker, as a then representative of a world mislead by Ce: "He who comes too late, will be punished by life..."

If the above §0-3 about IMMC are indeed the basis for fulfilling our intellectual activities, would its understanding enable a few enlightened individuals to alter the future significantly, or would the inertia of Ce-world prevent alteration of the c3-future, chaos? What is good about that, what is bad?

How can a critical number of dedicated C3-based individuals deregulate and revitalize Ce accordingly?

If the know-how regarding a more desirable future were released, how many people would actually believe in it and apply it?

All we can really do is to give meaning to the underlying substantiality - that is all your computer is about, giving meaning to certain laws of physics! And we cannot achieve lifefulfillment with a c3-approach!

How do masses, groups, teams and individuals react to insights, understanding, information and the possible TEPOC of task forces and key-teams?

If you do not join in TEPOC now, who will do it when and at what price for you and the rest of the world?

Is openness always the right answer, even when the outcome is endangered? Where is trusting God unavoidable?

Where is the difference between "self-fulfilling prophecies" and life-fulfillment? How can we deal with the complexity of integrating feedbacks into a decision support model?

What meaning does the stock market, which seems to map, predict and control human history indeed now have?

How can real people at the causing issues with global significance, such as Bill Clinton's PSS-approach be used to further our cause? What do individuals really cause, where are the just representatives of a mob, or of some higher cause and what do we have to endure, why and what for? Who or what has power, why and for what - what can we learn from using power for our hidden c3-agenda, what for our C3-lifefulfillment?

What happens when Psychohistory gets online and begins to deregulate outdated Ce-mind-sets?

§1)	The implementation of man-made concepts, IMMC, may not limit any human being in his or her f=content-free (essential c3-capability), n=personally neutral (within the Ce-society) and p=personal (in view of C3) lifefulfillment or, through inaction, allow a human being to be side-tracked from fulfilling his or her life.
§2)	IMMC must remain within the responsibility of human beings except where it would conflict with §1.
§3)	IMMC must provide the possibility for its fulfillment in terms of leading to lifefulfilling H=hard-, S=soft- and P=peopleware as long as that does not conflict with §2 and §1.
§0)	And consequently, IMMC may not injure humanity or, through inaction, allow humanity to come to harm.
