Response#3 to the need to TRANScend thinks-systems with Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC©:

Before September 11, 2001, the whole world, even after the crash of the New Economy#0 was hooked into the attempt to unify and globalize a world#120, with its very focus in the World Trade Center in New York. The rising outsourcing of functions, people, regions and whole continents seemed to make human systems irrelevant. Even the CIA outsourced human intelligence, and the data gathering and screening and utterly failed in the test. In the case of Pearl Harbour arrogant officers failed to see where the treat would hit. In the failure against ruthless terrorism there was n inadequate filter program! Human Resource Management became a virtual art of money-driven manipulation#1, streamlining#2 to core competencies (which pay off) and thus ignoring everything else and convincing seduction#0 of target groups, shamelessly instrumentalizing all human reason and values and cannibalizing the substance of personally sustainable lifefulfillment. Ethics was thus instrumentalized by economy, religion by politics, theology by philosophy, individual conscience by a hedonistic postmodernist attitudes of "anything goes" etc.

People became slaves to trends, their mental operating systems were occupied by mental viruses, trend gurus’ opinions etc; their minds merely empty containers, battlefields for Madison Avenue marketing and election campaigns which raised George W. Bush to the World's most powerful public position.

After the event that was said to have changed the world, fire-fighter have become the new heroes and nine days later, the Financial Times focused no longer on man- and marketing made, but on reconnecting with core values.

In short, what is missing at this point are effective#0 personally relevant response#3, which deregulate virtualities#0 based on lies and outdated understanding, models that no longer serve any purpose in terms of lifefulfillment, but merely c3-cannibalize its substance for the sake of those who hold positions of power in it and are thus using it to defend the system, e.g. their usurped positions.

In the flow of time response#3 results in redesigning the world#1 of controlling things, to allow meetings around tables, world#2 of commanding people in organizations and world#0 of communicating the reminder risks in a socially compatible manner, to getting people's minds networked in view of the lifefulfillment for as many as possible, on lifefulfilling platforms. And this in a world where according to the Mayor of New York the best way to help that wounded city and overcome

The Failure that lead to it, is to come and spend money…ignoring that a New Time has to overcome

Outdated Principles with a New Science, at this stage, beyond those of numbers#1 and words#2, based on open-ended generative principles, OEGP; mere "spiritual" and other virtual#0 (black) art can only c3-sustain outdated think-systems - dangerously - beyond their time...

This New Response#3 deals with whatever has the potential to open closed systems with Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© before self-destruction, by transcending, e.g. overcoming inadequate think-systems with more sustainable solutions!
