HC: Anwers you cannot find alone

L11-7Be: The BC-Movement provides a 7Be-platform for its members aiming at, after due qualification for the proper role as exemplified und L21, allowing them an exchange of Question&Answers to come up with common experiences that allow personal certainty about the laws of lifefulfillment and its applications in business constitutions. This can be compared to the way common law is set up and how precedents are established and used to make the law applicable. 

L21-1Be: Every Participants is assigned a path that corresponds to his OEGP and that consist of healing the whole by integrating his emotional focus. In case of the author, 9Pp>IC, a 2D-boundary rider, that means redesigning the whole FA>PA>SP...IC>AF>FA... on the bases of his IC(o)>AF(fO), e.g. his o=call to work out his IC=individual conscience, specifically Applied Personal Science APS® in such a way that his f=feeling as the onset of the orientations knowledge in the whole (like radar) guides him to facing his O=challenge, where in his present understanding his concepts turn out to be inadequate in the light of truth, so that the more adequate formulation and application of the relevant law of lifefulfillment can be applied by him personally in a way that enhance the science underlying the BC-Movement, e.g. in a kind of prototyping aiming at making it available to a wider application.    

L22-9Cm: Thus the first questions towards the refinement and general acceptance of the answer to which each participant has to continually 2=tangibly work for by p=preparing the corresponding C=communication on the BCM-platform is in view of the corresponding PA=personal approach between its members: 

  1. What path should I go, based on my creatorship?
  2. What truth should I work out and how?
  3. For what life form should I invest my life?

And the answers have to convincingly enough to be sustained along the following challenges:

 
L31-9Cp: The BCM-2Cp>PA/OR-principle ...SP(p)>HA... needs to overcome it otherwise confined p=perception of SP=success promising approaches for its fulfillment and that s precisely what business constitutions are about:: An expression of the way to get accustomed with truly lifefulfilling SP among ordinary business ones with a HA=human approach: 
This is the key to encourage those concerned using their creativity for a corresponding self-conquest rather than for defaulting to their emotions, suppressing their better self or worse, give it away to the spirit of the time losing themselves in following the trend beyond values, hope, conviction and connotation just because dying in the mass seems easier...

The Swiss federal government consisting of seven federal counselors (ministers) and a chancellor with the following functions: Justice (Exemplary Rider), Economy (value-GR), Energy and Communication (hope-GR), Foreign Policy (conviction-GR) Finance (OR), Social Affairs (DR), president and chancellor (TR) and Defense (connotational-BR) is exemplary for transcending the emotional power game otherwise aimed at a denotational closed and thereby self-destructive system: In the Swiss system the seven ministers have to find consensus while the chancellor is the coach and heads the support systems. In the context of the European unification, the self-appointed opposition leader, a right-wing populist, Christoph Blocher tried to emotionalize the system with his connotational approach where it got frozen. 

The fact is the Swiss Federal Government has the 6Bw>PL constitutional obligation but not the know-how to unfreeze emotional blockages in order to provide a lifefulfilling flow for the country. On the other hand, most two party systems are bound to slide into emotional power games with the corresponding outcome that is now globalized in the "two party system", economy against politics, virtual reality against life, biology against chips, human entities against clones, neuronal networks against mobs and other essential questions raised at this age and for which the BCM has a clear C3-answer to stand up for!

Thus emotional are our great c3-challenge to which humans either succumb and then detach from or transcend into C3-lifefulfillment. Thus C3-sinful suicide usually in an c3-attempt to engage others (Hitler pulled about 50 million people in his thus embellished suicide) as the second best option compared to meeting the challenge of lifefulfillment made available by the Creator to his Creatures, man like you and I. Temptation knowledge suggest a third option, which in fact is just the fast line to hell, virtual reality, even if its is called nirvana and embellished accordingly. By the way, the western role model for sinister c3-sinful usurpation of god-like power was set in the truely evil betraying of Jan Hus by a denotationally mislead clergy and a corrupt power greedy king in defense of its shaking power positions, who executed him on the stake, following the role model of the Pharisees and Pilat. On March 12, 2000 it gave cause for the papal confession about the dark papal history, role model for dictators like Stalin, mere footnote mainly of Plato, bloodily embellished trail of the ultimate non-constitutional c3-enemy of the openly lifefulfilling society toward which C3-human nature strives!

L32-7Bw: BCM-participants have a clear commitment to lifefulfillment based on the laws of their own, beyond any other worldly temptations and that with or without someone else, WOWSE, except their Creator, his word, his will and his personal message as manifest in one's intuition and conscience!  

L33-1Bw: This includes the willingness to overcome the suffering due to the rest risks specifically the social ones in view of displaying of consistency, integrity and coherence such as expressed in business constitutions; in this case explicitly the social one's due to the pre-trans-trap. You might not just been called a right-wing cynics who behaves unprofessionally, is unwilling to go along with political correctness, is not serving his c3-duties, is insulting officials and overstepping his competence, is beyond or beneath deserving the right to get a job that earns money, has no right to exist, is the scapegoat for what went c3-wrong, thus needs to be mobbed and if he remains stubborn needs to be annihilated from any influence on the collective, executed for his crimes beyond appeal, according to the role model that lead to Jan Hus' martyrdom for which some want to the formerly instrumentalized as a heretic as a saint now. Or take for that matter Paul Grünninger, the police captain of St. Gallen, who circumvented the orders given to him in WW II, thus preventing some thousands of Jews from ending up in the gas chambers of the Nazi, and who was in consequence socially disgraced in Switzerland and never fully rehabilitated for legalistic considerations, up to now. Martin Luther just made it, Martin Luther King was shot as hundreds of millions of others and worse... 

L41-1Oe: The way the BC-Movement takes responsibility for c3-M / C3-O = STRESS is to spread the meaning of this basic law of life and its implications via supporting companies in introducing their appropriate business constitution.

L42-7Ow: The life cycle of business regulation that serves the FA>PA...AF>FA cycle it serves consists of the following emotionally marked power positions: ER>exemplary business idea, GR>motivation, OR>unique selling point, DR>risk taking, TR>focus, BR>basic order:

In order to support the flow of competence between those power positions rather than the otherwise default power game the following competencies have to be applied:

5Pm-business idea that allows to channel the human resources into a process that has a promise for a sucessful multiplication in the otherwise chaotic clashes of needs and interests of the market place of people without direction being confused 

6Op-corporate culture that promotes sympathy with each other in view of getting engage in common projects on the basis of a system approach that allows to prepare objectives and their controlled management

2Cp-business constitution as the missing link that allows to overcome the bottleneck in any start-up company by setting up sustainable guidelines, that legitimize a fearless discernment... beyond confusions and mere politcally correct simplifications and sympathy towards a fair commitment with reliable coherence!

8Om-business plan that establishes the necessary fairness for potential investors, partners and sponsors to allow an attraction of resources required for multiplying the objective in order for the company to grow

7Bw-legally binding commitment between the business leaders, their partners, investors and sponsors embedded in the above instruments that have to serve the purpose of upholding the transparency that allows to influence the business in a lifefulfilling way

4Pm-coherent management in view of uninformed, non-committed and non-qualified seductions, symptoms and problems and above all personal opinions...  

L43-7Pm PL>PR: Which kind of sympathy leads to sustainable fairness? That is the question! It must be sustainable sympathy for something that is innately sustainable. In terms of nature it is its laws. In terms of a human system it is its OEGP that does justice to it such as 2Cp does justice to the BC-Movement. e.g. to address the above mentioned bottleneck in human systems, the corresponding PL>RQ. The problem a business constitution has to solve is how to legitimize a RQed PL of a participant as a bases for PR in the common enterprise. e.g. a consciously considered personal learning process as a pretext for taking personal responsibility for the whole. This is of course violating the ego, as well as the metaphor taboo and in the process of having to tell others why one dares, e.g. because of one's PL, also the story telling taboo and thereby all the taboos,  by which the prevailing mental operating system protects itself

The old system has to thus be overcome with the ambition for the new one, at its very core.

That can be achieved by a value shift from short-term politically correct to sustainable in terms of lifefulfillment and requires a personal proof, which can of course be annihilated by shutting up, up to murdering whoever dares to set out for the proof - and that seems to prove, that going for lifefulfillment cannot be lifefulfilling by human standards and that is why too many people seem to get away with murder of all kinds. In short, the BC-Movement is only possible on the basis of the Ten Commandments and the example given set out by Jesus Christ and his promise in John 14,12. There he calls us to follow up what he has p=prepared, and for the C=communication of which so many humans have 2=worked and suffered. This cause is now followed up in the 2 Cp BC-Movement in order to embed any other man-made ambition using modern technology and methodology. That is the only alternative to allowing the opposite, misguided technology annihilating all possibilities for life fulfillment on earth!
