The way human systems impact each other and the environment can be modeled with the following

Every human being has 16 modes available by which we can relate to problems from being confused of the problem to being able to come up with solutions. In the context considered here, not all modes are mentioned; some, depending on ones personality, are considered a private matter for one's personal potential management. The following set of international abbreviations, mnemonic in English, are used:

CEO=Chief Executive Officer is the engine in charge of implementing the company's strategy towards fulfilling its vision supported by the CFO=Corporate Financial Officer with his AcM=Account Managers and the CIO=Corporate Investment Officer with his PoM=Portfolio Managers. With this outstanding access to the PR=personal responsibilities of his officers as it boils down into the corporate system, it is

  1. the CEO's personal responsibility is to employ his IC=individual conscience with regards to the essential AF=facts that  optimize the vision holder and the share holder value in terms of the mission statement of the company and based on that, to act it correspondingly in a coherent manner and with personal integrity.

  2. It is then his duty to streamline the necessary decisions towards a renewed FA=factual approach considering everyone concerned, deregulating outdated prejudice and revitalizing what has proven to be the basis for the fulfillment of the company's mission statement and its updating on all levels with coherence and personal integrity.

  3. It is his right to have and use instruments that allow him to implement his decisions thus carefully taken with initiating Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© in his operational departments, his support-, flow- and mastermind-teams

  4. Ii is in the interest of all concerned, that the CEO acts out his right to streamline the company  in such a basic, not just personally neutral or politically correct way, so that his behavior becomes more than socially compatible, a personally relevant model case for as many concerned as possible. 

On a personal level, each participant experiences a similar float through FA>PA...TA>FA..., which requires a corresponding Floating Fulfillment Management towards fulfillment of tasks and lives involved. In the following you get a  historical outline, a general description of the 12 floating stages illustrated by AA (an actual partner's) experience with his 9Ka-personality that results in his parameters applied to focus the process coherently.

On a collective, political  level the problem was addressed 1215 with the Magna Charta in England, and according to James Buchan in "Money; Frozen Desire", escalated around 1672 onto an economic level when Sir William Petty identified three elements in Dutch society as urgently desirable (for England) to stop everything from sliding into the clutches of the bank of Amsterdam

The FA=factual approach required addressing the open problem, the political regime in which such a bank would act; it could not exist in an absolute monarchy such as the Stuart kings were trying to preserve. Economic circumstances, such as goldsmiths who gradually transformed themselves into private bankers, PA: William of Orange becoming England's king in 1688 and the need to raise money to wage war against France, led to the bourgeoisin 1694 where as a (economic) success promising approach, SP: the English crown gave up to the City of London its hard-won monopoly of making money, and its exclusive royalty. What the barons had started at Runnymede with the Magna Charta in 1215 was thus completed at Mercers's Hall in Cheapside.

In the meantime, beyond rerunning FA>PA>SP, restoring humanity in the reformation and losing it in the war of 1618-48 and later on the two world wars, HA: human rights gained momentum in western democracies and allowed HC: a humane way of cooperation in the many social revolutions. However, at the age of one-sided globalization those achievements are challenged yet again. One of the greatest speeches for constitutional systems was made by US-President Ronald Reagan's "Evil Empire Speech" which stressed how to apply the advantage of  systematic decision making over sheer power games in terms of the life quality of those concerned. On the other hand, through the Internet, personal innovativeness MI(PL>RQ) has a chance to create SE-events in the sense of what results from human doing and not doing, which under the ecological pressure, can be accounted for with appropriate systems in the name of sustainability. 

Increasing life-expectancy and the prolonged health have meanwhile given more people than ever before an IC-awareness of the basic AF-facts of life in view of considering lifefulfillment the key value of the 21st century

In the FA...AF context the following example is probably the 1st business constitution; among 143 other options on the basis of Applied Personal Science APS®, it is based on the SE>RQ life principle and can be staged as follwows generally and for AA, the real person concerned

FA-p(Be)-(6b) Self-Refusal: When confronted with the stage of a new FA=factual approach to the point of p=perceiving it and relating it to one's Be=established boundary conditions (self-evident matter of course, habits), AA's hidden agenda makes him strive to 6=control the b=balancing harmonization and he remains in this focus until his intention is reasonably met...  

The FA>PA transition is "naturally" blocked by the pseudo (collective intellect rather than conscience based) HA ("well meant" humanitites of "holy cows" and hidden agendas that have to be unfrozen - with C3-love. In fact it all boils down to the c3 revolt against C3 and if it is not "successful" tin closing down this stage, it tries on the following ones with a new set of tricks , even trying out And besides; the useless, pain- and sinful rat-race between the stages of life, led by SP-addicts, non-sequiturs (incoherent) rhetoric in virtual reality etc. in which mankind is still trapped at large has to be, and will be overcome by God's agenda (John 14:12): It will be done as a consequence of his created order. It is a human right to thus put forth issues of truly general interests to all human beings on the 12 stages of life...

PA-a(O/Bp)-5w-Sensuality: On the stage of the PA=personal approach in order to a=intuitively relate to each other with O=openness for Bp=preparing new boundary conditions to meet the new situation created on the FA-stage, AA 5=undertakes something practical that w=values the personal relationship on a sensibly perceptible level.  

The PA>SP transition is blocked by pseudo  RQ (traditional way of dealing with challenges such as personal personal comfort zones and the corresponding pre-trans trap).

SP-O(S/Pp)-7I-Ambition: Now the stage is set for a SP=approach that carries the promise of success, if the O=challenge that goes with it is faced in a S=straightforward way Pp=preparing the unavoidable transformative process. AA is ambitious in seeking 7=structural influence with his I=concepts.

[In this sense we all seek a PLATFORM to further the way we put ourselves into the SP-scene; for AA, GroupSystems makes sense. We are in a position to design a platform that accounts for the corresponding needs for as many as possible and our workshops serves this purpose.]  

The SP>HA transition is blocked by pseudo HA (prevailing philosophies, emotions and the corresponding power games). You may argue that this is the inevitable consequence of necessary politics in the sense that you cannot make omelets without breaking eggs. Thus "omeletiers" walk through life never revealing themselves, never appearing not to eventually emerge through chaos...

HA-o(R)-*2-Competition: People can get addicted to SP and that addiction can be furthered and prolonged by added-values and virtual rewards (motivation, share options etc.). It can lead to people collapsing because of overestimating their substance. However, if overdone and followed up with due respect to HA=human and ethical approach, it can open them up to give their best in a life fulfilling way. It is thus o=calling for output R=reliability in view of what is meaningfully sustainable. At this stage people are called to behave *=coherently with what has already set in place. AA's way is to 2=do what is required to channel competing ways in the right direction,  with such sayings as "last things first", "slow is fast", "shared vision as a driving force" etc.

[There are nine ways to behave coherently in view of the objective one has announced previously in view of multiplying it in an organization . One way (2) is to deal with competitors that confuse the issue. We are talking about the first stage of giving in to the inescapable logic of life-fulfillmenThe painless good-bye to self-centered visions and concepts has not been invented yet, and will never be...]  

The HA>HC transition is blocked by pseudo PL (man-made paradigms, philosophies, ideologies, closed systems, hierarchies and so-called charisma, mere extensions of egocentric human energies such as e-motions). Such endeavors are self-destructive, as expressed through behavior such as mobbing, raging wars and even genocide up to the now possible global destruction. The alternative is to consider updating the main stream mental operating system stemming from Plato. It makes it appear, despite more than enough historical experience to its inadequacy, easier to freak out physically than to make a conscious mental effort to cope with the reality of living together in FA...AF. The past century is proof enough that c3-simplifying  thinking catastrophes result in far more complex and above all barbarous human catastrophes than would arise, if we learnt to use our brains with cultural templates such as denotational words, that account for the C3-laws of life rather than misleading humans into c3-illusions within the non-sustainable boundaries of "holy cows" and man-made emotions

HC-d(T/Om)-2c-Competition: Since the realization of pain is at this stage unavoidable, HC=humane co-operation becomes a must in order to d=do the job with T=tolerance in Om=multiplying the objectives set. On the HC-stage AA can fully u=constrain himself to position himself distinctly as a dedicated 2=worker in overcoming inhumane competitors and what is wrong...

[For people under the spell of the now outdated mental operating system this stage is at best utopia and most people have given up even thinking about it, busy displacing symptoms away from their holy cows (their self-assumed boundary conditions they take for granted. e.g. e=established for everybody), thus increasing the problems with their hidden agendas until they are globalized...]  

The HC>PL transition is blocked by pseudo HA (mainstream mind set and its corresponding c3-blackart, trend gurus etc...)

PL-e/p*SE>RQ=5Ce-Acceptance: Having committed yourself willfully to working in a certain endeavor you are confronted with a collective and its agenda, requires for a PL=personal learning process in the context of interacting with the corporate culture (here with SE>RQ) to fit in with ones meaningful e=ego and without corrupting yourself (p). For AA p*SE>RQ, the *=product, e.g. relationship of himself with the SE>RQ culture results in him relating to it by 5=taking the initiative to allow the ongoing Ce=communication about SE=success experiences within a SE>RQ culture to be established in its corporate essence by a corresponding RQ=securing of its quality in a responsible manner. Specifically by him making GroupSystems available to further the corporate acceptance of one another in working together - with a thus shared vision as a driving force.  

The HC>RQ transition is blocked by pseudo MI (projecting the biased PL onto others, or more dangerously onto a collective with some kind of SP-rhetoric - to which the Palm Sunday crowds are addicted in their other-determinedness which is revealed later, when they cry, "crucify him"). Such projections result in human catastrophes as a consequence of the underlying thinking catastrophes of so-called leaders who misuse collectives to amplify their egocentric bias, lacking a C3-belief. Dealing with this topic has been excellently depicted by the film "Anna and the King"...

RQ-s/p*p=9Cm-Generosity: Having gone through a learning process in the context of some collective, the stage is ready to RQ=secure the thus gained quality in ways responsible to the others. That requires relating with one's "new self" to one's "old self". In AA's case that requires an 9=all-encompassing way of Cm=multiplying his ongoing considerations by communicating the essentials in a generous way, and vice versa making sure that he is taken seriously at this stage and not being mobbed.

[It is well known that securing learning is best been done by Cm=explaining it to others. However, there is no one personally-neutral way to do this as intellectuals would like! There are nine qualities a lifefulfilling culture has to realize, depending on the basic nine possible F-functions of the participants. Any culture that disregards this further general requirement for lifefulfillment cannot make use of the full human resources available and any exclusion leads to a corresponding confinement of the corresponding human resources, say in a one-third society...]  

The RQ>MI transition is blocked by pseudo PL (fear of one's thinking catastrophe and the corresponding loss of face being exposed in front of one's previously seduced collective or constituency in the face of new insights from outsiders). In that case the fearful seducers or system priests would rather let insightful people be outcast, mobbed and if "unavoidable" killed, and that even at the risk of their systems crashing without such necessary renewal or innovation...

MI-I/p*RQ>SE=4Bw-Compromise: In view of the opposing RQ>SE trend, people interested in SE>RQ have to set out to overcome it with their own culture and its corresponding I=concepts (ideally based on a correponding business constitution with §1-7). At this MI=meaningful innovation stage, AA is prepared to help to 4=manage the Bw=working out of boundary conditions for appropriate compromises say with other companies.  

The MI>SE transition is blocked by pseudo MA (unjustified hopes for return on investment and other nice sounding ideologies in regards to investment into  outdated systems that have proven to be out of touch with reality and the governing long-term relationships and laws such as those of ecology and life).

SE-if/p-9Ca-Introversion:  After the individual having thus interacted with the collective, there should be a space in a humane collective for him/her to SE=experience his/her p=being as part of the success within collective. Because all humans have a i=need to thus F=feel recognition, the SE>RQ culture promotes MASTERMIND-teams as the prerequisite to make use of the full human potential of those involved. In that context AA remains introverted in relation to the 9=essential issue until he can work out  the necessary Ca=communication to thus become part of the shared vision, as a sustainable and desirable driving force.   

The SE>PR transition is blocked by pseudo AF (gossiped by irresponsible people based on inadequate science, mapping and modeling, systems and their underlying limited and limiting ways of expression (language) and unquestioned basic assumptions presented as manipulation know-how in convincingly seductive rather than proving reasonable ways).

PR-R/i*SE=IC: In the context of the MOTIVATING SE=success experiences, it is AA's PR=personal responsibility to develop a corresponding IC=individual awareness of what is going on, in order to R=relax, and defocus from his other interests, for only what you can relax from, can you be responsible for. 

The PR>IC transition is blocked by pseudo IC (mere personal opinions, based on prejudice and hearsay put forth as visions of uthopia)

IC-t/s*RQ=SP: Finally it is a matter that participants of a SE>RQ culture become of service with their IC=individual conscience/awareness for t=thinking in terms of Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC© in view of RQ=securing the SE-qualities in a responsible way. In AA's case, based on his potential, that can result in SP=success promising approaches that add to the SE>RQ culture discussed her and its fruit of securing life-fulfillment for as many as possible.   

The IC>AF transition is blocked by pseudo MA (inadequate perceptions based on prejudice, such as those accumulated from the above inadequacies and the corresponding lack of listening to the truth of one's inner voice and that of those who are qualified to really know better, from prophets to qualified scientists and consultants). This happens when priority its given to power seeking sycophants (acknowledgers of prejudice) and above all the masses for the applause and fame they promise by their sheer number or as a target group. Among others, it has cost IBM to loose against Microsoft on the underestimated and now dominating software front...

AF: Last but not least AF= the remaining facts, and the truth about them that remains as a consequence of the above individual and personal doing and not doing and the corresponding tops and flops need to be considered with functional justice. At this stage AA contributes as a mid-rider, by going along helping to secure the worthwhile values and making them tangible and measurable.

The AF>FA transition is blocked by pseudo AF (as a consequence of a lack of integrity in relating to the truth in view of necessities and the sustainable power that leads beyond it, giving in to threats, cohercion, black mail and mobbing). Those who are too late to overcome illusions about necessity by acknowledging genuine causes, become subject to the resulting consequences of ignorance and have to bear the punishment in their individual, collective and global life... 

It remains to be said that on an is-level (i=input, s=internal state or focus) Applied Personal Science APS® allows 144 such open-ended generative principles, OEGP to be used in all encompassing way as business constitutions such as the above mentioned SE>RQ. Similarly there are 144 OEGP to do justice to different individuals such as AA in the above example. The whole approach is now operational and proven in real life to sufficiently accurately map human systems that way in a business sense in order to enhance the business system to make lifefulfilling usage of the human resources and vice versa, allow participants to create a business as a platform for their lifefulfillment by enhancing that of their customers..

In the last century boundaries, processes, object management and communication gave rise to wars, competition and stress lacking the appropriate orientation knowledge. The Business Constitution Movement is therefore aiming for boundaries that are no longer expressions of power, but trading zones between partners with an innate right for mission and lifefulfillment provided they take place within a  corresponding business constitution or on the personal level, a conscience in tune with one's inner law for lifefulfillment. Thus among others, such constitutions must allow investigating corruptions and preventative research in how to redesign man-made systems before their unavoidable point of no return.

What was in the past the greatest problem, that between individuals and the collective can now be conceptually resolved with Applied Personal Science APS®. Thus defined and understood entities are no longer a threat but an enrichment to each other. It allows people personal und cultural roots that are sustainable in a global context and enhance the ongoing qualitative growth, just in time for a world in which at present most people don't have a  perspective of a lifefulfilling future - provided enough people learn to PL>RQ and apply it with Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated Competence, TEPOC©  in time. After all humanity has learnt the ABC and enough mathematics to allow the technology for its globalization and beyond into outer and now inner space... 

Besides transferring the corresponding know-how, it is also a matter of encouraging decision makers to overcome the above mentioned gray zones in order to allow the optimal FA>PA...AF>FA>PA...flow of ideas that allows lifefulfillment in their enterprises. Where, as in the twilight around the former chancellor Kohl revealed in 2000, somebody creates networks to build up personal power beyond the transparency of official responsibility, one speaks of corruption. By such presumptions that can infest whole parties or societies, human systems lose their functionality, usually cannibalizing their environment for those in power to save their faces and keep their thus usurped power positions...
