Account for that requires a BCM-consultant to sympathizes with the O=challenge of the prevailing denotational generalizations in the prevailing mental operating system in order to overcome themt with one adequate for lifefulfilling business:

This is achieved by identifying personal and collective human system with an adequate open-ended generative principles, OEGP, rather than describing its corporate identity traditionally, with denotations. The BCM o=calls the business community to adapt  corresponding Business Constitutions as a guideline for the internal and external marketing and decision making in companies. In our example, Roger is free to follow either course as long as it does not conflict with his further path towards lifefulfillment due to unethical business

collective market  based on what they consider a SP=success promising approach within the personally neutral, formal laws.

The BCM, with all its p=potential for dedicated members, stands for a more sustainable measure stick than the reaction of the content free market;  lifefulfillment for as many as possible. However, it does not aim at changing the market as politics tries to do, but to enhancing its users' businesses, with a corresponding business constitution.

Today's market has its roots in the ideals put forth by philosophy; it implicitly sets the framework for what is considered a politically HA=human approach to living together, with nobody in charge as it turns out, as is more and more the case, to be a failure; a human catastrophe based on its simplifying thinking catastrophe.

Economy has been the great correction mechanism in improving the destiny of people subject to undue simplification and the resulting arbitrariness in history. In the same way as the BCM leaves the market untouched, it acknowledges business' contribution to  lifefulfillment and makes use of it; but without accepting it as the highest order, but rather uses its freedom on this level to revitalize its responsible units, businesses, towards the highest possible order for man to aspire to, that of lifefulfillment of those concerned. BCM this gives people like Roger an outlook for a lifefulfilling way to t=thinking about how to invest his competence beyond what the trend and the market dictates. It thus taps into the human resources suppressed beyond SP up to AF, all done in the name of humanism, and its refusal to reconsider the FA based on the AF of history that proves its failure!

That is why the BCM positions not another or a revolutionary or with some other conventional quality tagged I=concept  but simply a lifefulfilling one; the precondition for those involved such as Roger to express their a=intuition and be understood rather than being involved in competing, content-free power games and at best personally neutralized in an unfulfilling way, at best paid for their contribution to maintaining outdated c3-systems.

What i=need does the BCM satisfy? The most basic one, supporting the expression of lifefulfillment in corresponding ways to relate to and enhance business, become part of the evolving business and make alternative ways to do business, a business in the way life does it since creation...

RQ=the responsible securing of the respective quality can be left to tradition, which the church systems wardens manipulate to keep their position power.

And that at the critical juncture where PL becomes part of, say a company's culture by RQing them. The BCM s=focuses on the a=intuition about the underlying substantiality rather than its manipulation. That is the attitude that allowed science to develop and on a human level, provides the basis for genuine synergy say with Roger and his o=call to implement his personal I=concepts about RQ; not about HC as the BCM ones do, or for that matter about PA as the author's ones are about.

The BCM's d=doing consists of becoming able the handle undeniable, short-term complexity involved in doing justice to those concerned OEGP's as outlined here by Giving Meaning to their modes in lifefulfilling ways. Once a business constitution is in place, self-organization takes over and with proper understanding, leads to flow states in, say teams. This is in contrast to the conventional approach that focuses in short-terms on simple c3-systems or nice sounding philosophies which are all too often far more complex, and have above all undesirable long-term consequences!

When say somebody like Roger suppresses his p=perception and e=ego for fear of being mobbed for digging deeper than the market allows, his potential becomes frozen in fear which makes people ignorant to life. Let us face it, that creates new sublimational needs and turns the market on, but lifefulfillment off! Similarly as long as it lives the flow of material in a cancerous tissue is larger, than in a tissue that is in harmony with its DNA-defined task. Thus the BCM must allow a f=feeling for processes that go wrong even if they are "in".

By thus avoiding learning the hard way what works and what does not in view of life-fulfillment,  BCM-consultants learn, in their training on the job, to S=relax. This requires trusting the laws humans cannot manipulate, but should account for with an appropriate orientation knowledge. This asks for coherence say in Roger's case with his innate i=need for lifefulfillment in view of the unavoidable O=challenges that mainly come from people in the now outdated mental operating systems. The trend suggests sublimating lifefulfillment in favor of going along with mental habit even in full view of their failure, just to emotionally remain with the others...

However, it has to be understood, that participating in the BCM requires a clear personal decision about path - truth - life in C3 rather than c3-terms; giving up intellectual being for the freedom to fulfill one's life as who one truly is meant to be, say Roger in his s=focus and his d=doing in IC rather than in the trend...

Based on historic facts, "one is told" that such considerations cannot e=survive and pursuing them just makes life miserable, the seeming opposite of  fulfillment. But what about the seeming wonderful lives which at close inspection were so because of cannibalizing others and usually in the end themselves? The fact is, facts are not basics in themselves , they are only for learning to improve on one's FA and that is a truly C3-graceful arrangement and trying to replace it with 3-virtual reality is truly evil (Mat 12:31).
