In a survival, c3-dominated mass (such as when you try to get the train in time), the trading zones between people become more important than people and for that matter, life and its fulfillment. In case of trouble, the resulting emotions manifests in mobbing, which fragments the mass into those defending tradition, those who use the opportunity to improve their position, if necessary at the cost of others, those who try to abstract themselves from the scene and those, like the author, who would like to transcend it. In the Swiss Government of 1999, AK, has announced his resignation after 12 years of service together with FC. AK, if his project of a new Swiss Constitution is accepted in the vote, has fulfilled his service by preparing new Boundary conditions for Switzerland. Similarly, if the bilateral negotiation between Switzerland and the EU are ratified, FC concludes with having multiplied a necessary (8) Process for Switzerland.

Also it is well known, that in case of President Bill Clinton the key question for 1999 is whether he can stay in control (6) of the establishment of the Impeachment Process. Looking at the now deceased former Bundesrat Pascal Delamuraz, commentators widely agree that he was innovative (1) in working out Communication. His colleague, Otto Stich, who resigned before him insisted on his entrepreneurial (5) way to work out Boundary conditions and did so even in the way he left the government. Now the question for the Swiss Government of the year 2000 is who is going to replace AK and FC and what kind of a team  will result from the choice of the parliament to be taken in April 1999.

If we look at the life-fulfilling positions of humans like Marx, Hitler and Saddam Hussein we are challenged not to prejudge either the system used here or people who could be placed "next" to them like RD, the president of Switzerland for 1999. The fact is, we can end our lives as an outcast like Marx (whose hate, which seems justified from the data he had and in view of what is ahead of us), for the F4-6 money system led to the now severely reduced communism. We can also commit suicide like Adolf Hitler in deep frustration over his final failure to have power over the masses to which he dedicated his life. Or we can get away with years of lies like Clinton, and crimes like Saddam Hussein, until we fall in our own traps. Or we may succeed in overcoming Ce-barriers as does Ruth Dreifuss who, coming from three minority groups yet has still happened to become the first Swiss socialist, female and Jewish president. The question is really about  what we dedicate our lives to, in the context of our underlying OEGP. The latter is, in my experience sustained by our life in its essence, while the former, what we do with it, is our responsibility.

That is why the right to accumulate knowledge, allow science to promote it and where it fails, the courage to create a new science such as Applied Personal Science APS®, must be guaranteed under all circumstances; an obvious claim but one which above all intellectuals disagree about  in subtle ways for dubious reasons! At this point they become companions of politicians, who prefer to play the game according to the simplifying  rules they are familiar with and which they have learnt from the former, rather than those which are necessary for the life-fulfillment of as many as possible - watch their games about dealing with the environment, the oil price, the financial crisis, the population explosion and the rising depression (Economist, December 1998) etc. You see there are plenty of ways for you to fulfill something and you will follow one of those ways up to your end on Earth even if it is just to fill your belly with tons of food, and  the environment with waste, and Cyberspace with Gigabytes that can be deleted, no problem, just as hundreds of millions people have been eradicated in history. However, we were told, that there is a book of life, we want to be registered in it in order to gain eternal life. On the  tangible level relevant to you, it is of your long-term memory with its life-long traces of your experience and its structure according to your personal MeaningGiving Informatics, MGI...

Genuine (in the C3-service of proper modeling) scientific coverage of facts and necessities up to making of decisions has been rare among trading intellectuals. Their reluctance to communicate openly and their hiding behind the denotations of words and scenarios until things fall in place in Ce in accordance with their c3-hidden agenda, makes naive people dependent on them. Since they adhere to nothing else that is C3-substantial, they create uncertainty around them which fosters the kind of discussions they are so good at manipulating.

This c3-trick allows just the analysis of intellectual scenarios in the trading zones between the agents which are thus shrunk to their formal roles. With this kind of Ce-based political correctness, any relation to what is, the Creator, HIS Creation and us Creatures is side-tracked from the path, that in truth would lead to life-fulfillment. It is mind-blowing to see how  most people,   even so-called Christians, who know all about HE, who defined himself as being the path, the truth and life, give in to the trading zone, where anything goes, while at the same time pretending to be superior to their ancestors who believed in a corresponding multitude of gods. Surrounded by such "crocodiles" it is indeed the greatest challenge to remind yourself, that your initial goal was to dry up the swamp, e.g. that you were born to fulfill your life by revitalizing Ce, rather than ending up at best as a Ce-copy, say as a well paid, fast trend-speaker....

In accordance with the author's lifefulfilling position in the above table, I am indeed preparing basic (9) Processes at the point of transition between what transcended as insights in my h=living space (2Pe) that lead into the realm of abstraction and communication. My wife Diane is on the same lifefulfilling function F9, however, right on the other end of the trading zone, where new insights are introducing a new tradition by preparing the corresponding Boundary conditions. For that purpose I legitimize myself with L=solutions in terms of deregulating Op, the preparation of new Object/-ives in order to vitalize the v=confusion of Ce, the established Communication to the point where those concerned wake up to their c3-games in favor of a Timely Exchange of Project-Orientated C3-competence, TEPOC©. Accordingly, Diane W=perceives what allows her to get a F=feeling for Ce. Now the question is how to reconcile such a difference in say, a marriage: I am concerned with getting attention for the new insights that would transcend the confusion in Ce, while Diane identifies with giving her English students the facts that allow them to feel Ce, e.g. what is politically correct, and express themselves accordingly. The best we have come up with, was to write a book together, where I am responsible for the content and Diane for its correct expression in English. On another level, a friend of mine Roger is concerned with w=working out Boundary conditions for a lifefulfilling business. That requires legitimate V=concepts, by which Ce can be c=harmonized with less repression and suppression than are usually used in the established business community.

In the resulting team, the flow encourages and enriches all concerned with challenges that stem from their different positions when it comes to fulfilling their lives; a matter that is in essence personal. In order to extend that lifefulfilling network to as many participants as possible up to the usage of the word, the following is required to go beyond conventional policy making:

Just  as as Honkong could in China's view be the gateway to the riches of the west, the C3-approach promoted here is needed as a gateway to sustaining the c3-world. The pessimistic view to which most intellectuals and many pseudo-Christians have given into, is that it has a dismal future because of lack of support in the masses manipulated and exploited by them, and because their discussions are only about the degree of government intervention, a c3-topic, and hardly ever about C3-substantiality. The way to come to glory in the c3-world is to interview those who are already considered eminent and powerful in it and re-emphasis their wishful thinking and in being instrumental in shielding them off from substantialities (environmental and social degradations and the basis for a TEPOC-transformation) that need to be considered beyond their power - until the resulting systems closes up and collapses on what is usually ignored by these knowledgeable c3-players, for example  in case of Honkong, by  the finicial crisis lingering in the inevitably collapsing c3-system of still communist China.

Thus even the best tools available today can be used to procrastinate on internal corporate changes until outsourcing humans falls into place. In the meantime that shadow is also over the heads of those responsible for it. Playing the c3-game "successfully" is no longer a guarantee of end up fulfilled as it seems in yuppie circles!

Advocates of GroupSystems (designed by Prof. J.F. Nunamaker from Ventana Corporation, in an article by Prof. W. Blanning and Bruce A. Reinig, "Building Scenarios for Honkong using EMS" in Long Range Planning Vol. 31, Dec. 1998, p. 900) as its stands express a pressing need for anonymity of its users, while I am expressing the pressing need for personal transparency with OEGP based on  Applied Personal Science APS®; the former approach, presented in view of the fear to deal with case-sensitive issues, is ultimately misleading into the trading zone by making the traders, you, obsolete, the latter is the precondition for the life-fulfillment of as many as possible (1 KOR 13/12).
