Please do not be surprised by the reference to theology; if was most formative to your MOS=mental operating system, this actual topic here. Experiments have demonstrated that to the degree a person cannot deal with the basic theological concepts of his or her culture, to that degree that person has so called non-sequiteur, conclusions that do not follow from anything that makes sense, e.g. primitive reaction pattern in his or her MOS; thinking catastrophes result which lead to human catastrophes.

Seemingly to overcome them proactively scientists#2 point out that before anybody can begin to appreciate meaningful common knowledge, the work of explaining some of the basic principles of interpretation has to be done; there are some assumptions that must be clarified:

The Bible tells, not in personally-neutral manner with dead words such as the spirit of the time does, but in a personally relevant way not so much as science#2 stresses, that man lacks the ability to determine its meaning on his c3-own, but the path how he or she can actual get the personally-relevant truth to fulfill his or her life. Based on the spirit you follow in relating to not just the Bible but to the life you were given, you will either have 

It is choosing the later cause, that makes you begin with giving a meaning to communication and texts that changes its original sense. It is not so much the mastery of hermeneutics that will prevent you from this sin! In fact hermeneutics can and has been used to cover sinners faces. It was what among others the Pharisees knew better than the meaning of the Old Testament!

On the Internet, in 2001, the best developed %6-projection of what humans are about, 35% of all bottlenecks are only revealed by tests outside the firewall. Similarly you should consider the global network you are part of in the up-to-date terms of science#3 to have a chance of understanding what your lifefulfillment and the underlying laws involved are all about.  

A c3-fallen man approaches the Bible as a mere piece of human literature recording personal impressions of God and religious experiences. This will demand that some of the data contained in Scripture must not be accepted objectively.

If c3-minded#2, his interpretations also bend the meanings of texts to fit the scholar's expectations, say the constituency to be able to keep one's c3-position say as a minister. 

Some early ?0-imystical interpreters approach the Old Testament believing that Christ was hidden mystically in every passage to keep their c3-phantaises. 

Such forced christological method to promote a hidden agenda, either in a seeming personal or collective interest, tend to overlook the original meaning of a passage and to support altruistic, political and other fanciful ideas about the persons involved and the life and work of Christ. Yet, because they expected to find such things, their c3-imagination was successful in reading such ideas into the text. 

In fact that is where art comes from, up to its degeneration into mere idols, golden calves, the "emperor's new cloth", rhetoric, ideals and other deceptive c3-virtual realities...

This claim together with pretending to Insisting that the Bible alone is the infallible rule in matters of faith and practice, has lead to all the struggles in deriving our rules of interpretation. Any rule or principle we bring from our own reason can thus be effectively be pre-trans-trapped, suspect if not confirmed by exegetical evidences and/or legitimized by %1=political correctness. 

This is of course to protect the definition power of the church hierarchy and by copying the principle, also through politics the worldly c3-power and in the "free" market, economic positions. We know what it did to lifefulfillment in history: On the Internet the word "lifefulfilling" is almost extinct just as the indigenous people...in the name of balancing power with social compatibility in which your lifefulfillment is the least protected quality...

But what are the alternatives “in view of some c3-intellectuals presuming that since miracles and the supernatural are beyond our own experience and cannot be tested by scientific methods” ? Theology rightly argues, that such an interpretation will begin by eliminating all supernatural elements before such people even begins to examine the text. Such a method would c3-yield religious ideas that have nothing to do with the God of Scripture anymore. However, that one-sided line of argument was also used to justified among others to put human beings on the stake and have centuries of bloody wars...the answer to which was 

By just pointing to the arguments preceding Jesus’ revelation, those transcending his message according to John 14:12 could be treated as it was, as a crime using the pre-trans-trap of c3-mobbing against him!

Thus the Pharisees c3-though to sustain their c3-argumentation, the Temple, which in fact was thereafter destroyed by the Romans and its remainders are still cause for bloodshed in Jerusalem ...

History has clearly proved that the science#2's hermeneutic cannot do justice to God’s revelation and that it is a mere hoax to protect science#2 in its usurping claim for global definition power up to representing God on earth. Thus we can now lock at it what it is, a self-justification method used by the church and theologian to gain collective and in it personal worldly c3-power! In "The Karamazov Brothers" Dostoevsky demonstrated how "The Grand Inquisitor" used hermeneutic to have Jesus executed: "For if anyone deserves our pyre more than all others, it is You. Tomorrow I shall burn You!" 

Theology itself argues as follows: “Some assume that what God required in the Old Testament cannot be brought into our interpretation of the moral demands of the New Testament unless the specific commandment is repeated there. This rule reveals a set of expectations that are usually adopted to protect some doctrine, theological system, or personal practice that otherwise would have to be modified. This principle will effect our interpretations of law, Sabbath, church government, the sacraments and many other important teachings. It admits that an unsound hermeneutic will produce interpretations that have internal tensions and cannot produce consistent results! However it suppresses the fact, that there is no sound hermeneutic#2 in order to go on with it, and it thus side-tracks people from the only path that in truth leads to the fulfillment of life (Math 23); their own one and that no human system can outsource its, his or her self-justification with jeopardizing its fulfillment!

The same applies in the IT-industry; an enterprise that outsources mission critical capabilities looses its corporate identity and soon after its position in the market.

Whoever, such as theology, and who has not be misguided by it, aims at a fully consistent system of c3-doctrines which produces the same, personally-neutral results#2 regardless of who is doing the interpreting, is pre-trans-trapping personally relevant lifefulfillment and leaves all concerned in closed on thus self-destructive system!

The results of that c3-tinking-catastrophe was exactly the kind of human catastrophe the whole Bibles warns us of from A-Z - never mind how the Chapter one of the Westminster Confession of Faith summarizes the basic principles of reformed hermeneutics in sections six through ten. It in fact regulates the c3-mind rather than providing adequate concepts to understand the C3-reality. A few Latin expressions reflect these c3-wordy principles as follows and on top of what the Bible says, how it is merely anchoring everything in man-made word definitions in order to

1. Sola Scriptura = "Scripture alone" (WCF I:VIa,IX,X)
The inspired Scriptures are the only way we can examine God and his word objectively today. They provide the only infallible information and perfect rules for Bible study.

The c3-purpose is made unmistakingly clear: “Reformed Bible students will not seek independent reason, visions, voices or signs to add information to a biblical text or to guide them in their examination of it. They will not accept as authoritative the independent testimony of the church, science, archaeology, philosophy, mystical experience or personal anecdotes. While commentaries, dictionaries and diagrams may be helpful in communicating the results of good hermeneutics, they can never be quoted independently as a source of reliable data. Unbiblical expectations and presumptions, or extra-biblical facts should never be allowed to color our exegesis.” 

The 1. Scriptura clearly provides c3-arguments for pre-trans-trapping undesirable people: “Some defend certain doctrines saying that the Holy Spirit spoke to them or led them to their understanding. They quote a few proof texts disregarding their context. Such mystical claims and backward exegesis discard the principle of sola scriptura.” 

In fact this Scriptura is the “Personal Story Telling Taboo” which inhibits any individual to work out his or her way by conveying others the search for the truth by which his of her life can be fulfilled and thus condemns people to the collective human catastrophes of a misguided herd, typical of all the great wars, plagues and depressions!

2. Scriptura Scripturae interpres = "Scripture interprets Scripture" The best way to understand a passage is to see how the rest of Scripture fits with it and clarifies it.

“A thorough familiarity with the whole of the Bible (both testaments) is a necessary goal toward which every exegete should strive. Cross-references help the exegete to locate other texts that use the same expressions or may cover the same material. The student of any text must first answer some basic questions: Does the text being studied quote or allude to other biblical portions? Do the expressions used have well established meanings derived from earlier inspired books? Is the text referred to, or expounded upon, in some later portion of Scripture? Not all portions of Scripture are equally clear, nor are they all intended for instruction. Passages that directly teach or command are more helpful in learning about God's will than are passages which simply record historic events. Recorded acts of individuals may be either evil or good (WCF I:VII). Passages that deal directly with an issue must be called upon to interpret passages which only indirectly or incidentally refer to the issue. Allegorical interpretations merely show the interpreter's imagination and should not be relied upon.”

This excludes anybody who is not a certified scientist#2 and we all now what thinking catastrophes that training has produced among intellectuals, since it is based on one as outlined. To make that discipline the benchmark for understanding God’s word reveals more about the hidden agenda of science#2, usurping the C3-God with c3-arguments, than about anything else!

3. Omnis intellectus ac expositio Scripturae sit analogia fidei = "all understanding and exposition of Scripture is an analogy of faith"

This is actually the “Ego Taboo” of science#2; it tells YOU, that whatever you want to deduce from your understanding is not wanted by science#2, which alone holds the truth, for it administers this Scriptura with its pre-trans-trapping non-sequiteurs, generalizing generalizations which do not logically follow from anything other than generalization and refers to nothing else except that of its self-defense:

“There must be a consistency in all revealed truth because it represents absolute truth in the mind of God. Therefore each passage can have only one certain and simple sense. As the infallibly inspired word of God, the Scriptures are reliable, self-consistent and carry within them all that is needed for clarity. Since all that God makes known fits with what He knows perfectly, it is always proper to assume that no contradictions or dual realities can be attached to what He speaks. If ideas seem to be in conflict, we have wrongly understood a text. Very likely an unsound assumption or method has been introduced into our reasoning. (WCF I:VI,IX)”

Biblical hermeneutics is primarily concerned with rightly determining the original intent of each text of Scripture. As a passage is examined we must proceed according to principles affirmed in the Scriptures themselves. This reference is in contrast to what Paul wrote to Timothy about the importance of careful study; 2 Timothy 2:15 "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth." 

In science#2 it is Orthotomic Study: The word translating "handling accurately" is "orthotomounta". The root is a combination of two basic Greek terms. "Ortho" is a root meaning "straight.", in short, c3: The prefix, “ortho” is used in English with medical terms such as: "orthodontist" which is a doctor who makes teeth straight, or "orthopedic" relating to making feet straight. 

On the other hand the term used by the Apostle Paul is combined with another Greek root "tome-o". This root means to cut or slice. In biology a microscopic slice may be made with a micro-tome. This is a tool that cuts a specimen into microscopically thin slices and thus refers to LUK 9:60 Jesus replied, "Let those who are spiritually dead care for their own dead. Your duty is to go and preach the coming of the Kingdom of God."

Thus using a Greek word Paul has used to self-sustaining science#2's position power with hermeneutics with an aura of orthotomic studies, is embellishing Greek words rather than allow the Holy Spirit to use people as a channel such as in MAR 13:11 But when you are arrested and stand trial, don't worry about what to say in your defense. Just say what God tells you to. Then it is not you who will be speaking, but the Holy Spirit. 

But despite what the Bible says, the theological arguments then c3-goes: “The compound word means "straight-cutting." When the Scriptures are dissected by analysis they must be cut in a straight manner to avoid crooked or perverted meanings being derived. Our study must yield the straight truth of the text. A proper study of the Bible must be "orthotomic," an attempt to cut it in a straight manner. And that brings us to the c3-reductionism that has made science#1 a mere instrumental extension of science#2 towards dead-end technology.

This is typical for most human discussions; the group spirit leads people to S=defocus from their identity and then leads them to their !=level of incompetence in which they strive for a M=maximum.  That creates problems which at this stage are so pressing, that they ask for a solution which is more complex than one would accept at the beginning but far less complex than the situation evolved at this stage. And so very often the solution put timidly forward at this stage is not noticed in the mainstream and prophets were suppressed...

After all - people have  unlearnt to identify the impact of a concept after having given in being to be utterly hooked in to what degree their opinion is accepted by others...often even a human catastrophe did not shake them up...
